Update: I gave it another try. And oh my do I regret it. Sit down and get some popcorn for this unfortunate tale of my 11/25/24 lunch break. At 11:28am I pull into the drive thru greeted with a oh so welcoming “SIDE ORDER ONLY”. I replied “what?”, she once again replied in an annoyed manner “my apologies but we r only taking inside orders due to staffing”. Well despite me having an online order, I went inside to retrieve it. Once I walked in I realized I was 1 of 4 people inside the restaurant. Myself and the 3 workers. After a long 10 minute wait I finally got my food. As I was about to walk out I thought, u know what I better check my order, due to my past issues with this location. Thankfully I was right, they forgot my stacker. Once again I had to get the attention of the workers by interrupting their conversation in the back. To my surprise one of the girls says “well I think I put it in a different bag”. So instead of making a fresh one, she then proceeded to open the online order bags in the front ripping the freshness seal off until she found the a stacker and handed it to me. I really don’t think I could make this up if I tried. As always avoid this location like the plague and it’s a shame to see such lazy careless workers at the only Taco Bell in the area. Something tells me the franchise owner is not aware of the “closed drive thru” due to staffing. And 10 minutes wait while being the only person in the building until near the end of my wait is crazy.
DO NOT GO HERE, THEY HIRE IDIOTS First off, this is easily the worst taco bell I have ever been too. They need to shut this place down, seriously! First time I went they messed up all 4 of my tacos and forgot to give me my cinnamon twists. Irritated, but figured I'd try it again today. I got my food just to find out the sauce cap wasn't clicked on properly so pizza sauce drenched my now soggy bread sticks and all of my napkins and leaked through the bag onto my car. Irritated but figured it was a mistake I decided to call and just let them know about what happened. They picked up the phone and hung up twice and listen or say one word to me! How ridiculous!! Do your self a favor and stop at the McDonalds or arbys and avoid the irritation of dealing with complete idiots that have no regard for how happy their...
Read morePAID FOR FOOD, GOT NO FOOD My husband and I stopped here yesterday to get a quick bite and while we saw many cars moving through the drive-through, we weren’t sure if they were open for dine in, so went in to ask. Door was not locked, but there were no patrons in the dining room and it looked in disarray with boxes and cleaning supplies sitting on the counter and some tables. An employee was standing at the counter with her back turned and doing something on her phone. There was no greeting as she probably didn’t see us…after getting her attention, she affirmed to us that yes, they were open for dine-in. Since the counter was cluttered with stuff, we noticed an ordering kiosk and asked if that was where we were to order. She again affirmed. We placed and paid for our order and sat down in a booth to wait. While waiting, we began to notice how visibly filthy the restaurant was, from top to bottom. I started to wonder if that was an indication of the cleanliness in the kitchen as well... I thought that in these pandemic times, all businesses were going out of their way to clean above and beyond. Clearly not so here. After about 10 minutes of waiting for our order, I went to the counter to inquire. I stood there for about 5 minutes while about 4 different employees (I saw at least 6 moving throughout the kitchen/drive through area) walked past me with no acknowledgement. Finally I addressed one of the employees to ask about our order. She yelled to an employee further back, who seemed to be stressed, and we heard her reply, “they’re just gonna have to wait”. Meanwhile there was some yelling back and forth between employees including some expletives thrown in. We waited for 5 more minutes (now a full 20 minutes after our order was placed) with no acknowledgement or apology, at which time we chose to leave. I have submitted a request for a refund and to be contacted regarding this visit on both Taco Bell’s website and their customer care Twitter account. Still waiting...
Read moreAfter waiting in line for about 10-12 minutes I pulled to the speaker to place my order. The young lady seemed very pleasant. My order was correct on the screen, so I pulled forward. Got to the window and paid, when asked if I needed a receipt, I assumed all would be as reflected on the screen, so I declined. Received my order and I was missing a taco. I pulled around. Given COVID, the lobby is locked, so I walked to the door and waited. A nice young man was coming to the door and I informed him I was missing the taco. He went back inside. I return to my car to wait. And I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I got back out and went back to the door. He clearly saw me again and when he did he spoke briefly with his colleagues and they ignored me. After standing there, and waiving. Another young lady came to the door with a bag. I thought, “Finally! Thank you!” But when she came to the door she asked what I was missing. I explained it. Again. At this point I have waited 15 minutes. She then goes back, and knowing fully I can see her, is clearly complaining about me. I mean really letting me have it lol then she comes back to the door and asks to see my receipt. At this point I’m like forget it. I mean is it worth fighting over? Is a product that costs your restaurant, what 29 cents?, loosing a customer over? Ridiculous. I’m sorry but even if I did forget to order it, was it worth the 10 minutes you all wasted ignoring with me and arguing with me?? Taco Bell gives away free tacos for 3 point shots at basketball games to thousands of fans, but heaven forbid you just bite the bullet and use that .29 item to resolve a customer issue. Customer service at it’s worst. I hope their manager and regionals know just what kind of place they are running....
