Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

So I walk into this Starbucks in Target Menomonee Falls and wait for a minute to get some attention from this girl working at Starbucks as she’s busy cleaning. Finally I have to interrupt her and she’s like give me a couple of minutes, so am like ok. She does not clean her hands from her cleaning session , takes my order which am ok with, she takes a cup in her hand to pour the coffee and while I tell her that she should have washed her hands, her response back to me was you are also going to use your hands to hold the cup. I was like I don’t want to place the order and she wasn’t even courageous to apologize. What a pathetic attitude and disgusting response. Had to give a feedback to the Target Store manager. First time to this Starbucks. The first thing you notice is that the parking lot is a bit precarious. There is only one entrance, which if from Appleton avenue. There is a bit of a hill, and with the drive-thru traffic it can get a little crazy.

There wasn't a line inside, so got my order placed right away. It took a few minutes with all the drive thru traffic.

My biggest complaint is that they didn't get my Chai Latte order right. I always ask for no water, and an extra pump of chai concentrate. This was definitely weaker than I am used to. I thought it be "okay", but in hindsight, I should have asked for a remake, but the place was...

I have come to this starbucks many times and I will never be back. I asked for a latte with 4 shots in it, and when they first made it I could not taste the coffee. I then asked politely for it to be remade saying it did not taste like coffee. The person at the front counter argued with me saying she make it right, but made it again but made the same exact thing. The drink tasted like skim milk with syrup in it.
