Starbucks — Restaurant in Village of Germantown

Absolutely love this starbucks, my go to location everytime. Even when there's a line in the drive through, they're still rather speedy on getting orders out. Sometimes there's a wait if it's busy and you go inside but that's understandable, no matter where you go drive through is first priority. I've never had bad service here, even in the drive through, employees ask how my day is going and they always have a smile on their face. I can't function without my coffee in the morning, but I've noticed that lately I've been stopping more and more just because the employees at this starbucks make my morning by not only serving me my coffee, but they also make my morning so much better. When you have someone smiling and wishing you a nice day and just having an all around nice attitude, it's hard not to be in a good mood after that, which goes on to make the rest of the day that much more positive. I found out they don’t like people doing homework here. The music was so loud it sounded like a club(and I’m not exaggerating) and happened to get significantly louder once I sat down. During my stay my computer randomly stoped charging and I check multiple times to see if the outlet just was being weird. So they stopped me being able to charge my dead computer and was blasting music like it was a club. It’s just disappointing because Starbucks is not what it used to be in this sense. Any Starbucks I went to used to be accepting of people but now every single time when I go to Starbucks, this location or ones near by, they make it very unpleasant so you just leave. I've been to this Starbucks location a few times and every time they were quick and friendly. The last time we were there the service was quite exceptional. It was a month and a half ago and unfortunately I forgot the barista's name but she was so nice to us! My wife and I had our 18 month old son with us and we initially forgot to get him some milk. It was a busy morning and I came back into line and she was ever friendly and actually gave us the milk. Then when we were finishing up she came over and gave us some extra napkins and told us how cute he was and that she had a toddler as well and not to worry about his mess.
