As a worker in the restaurant industry, I will say my most recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the most upsetting visits of anywhere I've been. My girlfriend and I had tried too call in a order last week and consistently called for over 30 minutes and nobody answered the phone, we finally got through after the half hour and someone answered and then hung up on us, then did not answer again. We decided too drive to the restaurant and place our order, when we walked in the restaurant was very slow and had only 1 table eating throughout the entire restaurant and 1 patron at the bar. When we went up too order our food, we asked one of the 2 bartenders and the female rudely told us we had to order at a different counter. We placed our order and waited, during that time I went too use the men's restroom and was absolutely appalled and disgusted by the condition it was in with how many employees we're doing absolutely nothing. This is now the 2nd time we have come to this location and have walked into the restrooms being left unattended. When I came out of the restroom, I politely let one of the bartenders know the condition of the men's restroom and he did not do anything about it, instead went back on his cellphone. For the 25 minutes after mentioning this, nobody had even went into the restroom to check it out or clean it up. Although it was the end of the night, I believe keeping any establishment in clean condition when the opportunity arises in slow times should be a top priority, especially at a place where food is served. I can only hope the kitchen is not in the same conditions where the food is prepared! To top off our unfortunate visit, we got home all the way in Hartford and when we opened our boxes of food we found out we were given another customers order and the restaurant was closed by then. On a positive note, I will say the young lady who was taking to go orders was very helpful and was working super hard, running back and forth on her own from the kitchen to the carry out area where customers were frequent, while almost all of the other employees & both bartenders were standing around or on their phones. I am not one to complain about anything or make someones day worse or their job harder. Nor to complain about anything and everything by any means.. especially in these trying times in the restaurant industry mistakes happen with short staffing, etc.... However, this just seemed like it is something that should be looked at more keeping the restrooms attended and clean, I hope they can fix these issues. Unfortunately, this was our last time coming to what used to be our favorite restaurant as a familyBuffalo Wild Wings after yet another bad experience from the last time we came & I sure hope they can improve not just the cleanliness & food quality..but the overall customer service as well.

I don't know how this place still has customers. Short staff was not an excuse, as we don't mind waiting extra long (almost 40 minutes for the food). We were visiting and having a good time anyway... The food: The fries were well overcooked and looked old. I can't understand how a "chef" or waitress could bare to set in a plate or the table. I was actually embarrassed 🤣. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich, I thought I was on a prank show for a few minutes... No one came to claim it was a joke.. The sandwich was cold and watery with hot sauce. The meat was very limited as a kids meal would be more fitting. I couldn't eat it, and I did ask if it was supposed to be served hot temperature-wise. I did order a different item off the menu because I never wanted to see that sandwich again. I ordered a burger and it was so hot when it came out, thanks! I must say, it was extremely overcooked, almost black, and I couldn't eat it either.. see photo.. Drinks were hard to refill here, even though there were not so many customers. I'm hungry, and hangry. The menu is QR code scanned and prices vary on location. The bill was $79 with one soda, three 10 piece wings, burger with a side and a fry.

This location needs a better system for take out orders. Four different employees looked me dead in my face and acted as if they didn't see me at the takeout counter all because they weren't assigned to that space. One of them was a waiter who was serving a table maybe all of 10 feet from me and after she finished taking their order she proceeded to have a full blown conversation with them as if I too wasn't a paying customer. None of them ever acknowledged me, greeted me, or said I'll grab the person working this area tonight. Sometimes, I'll wait over the time it gives online, and my food is either not ready, or it takes someone 10 to 15 minutes just to greet you at the counter. Once the young lady assigned to that area did come out, she was nice, but my food wasn't ready. My food was also cooled, so I'm sure it had been ready just sitting in the back and not in a warmer. The video attached shows the 5 piece chicken tenders order and how it was really 4, but they cut one in half after it was cooked to count as the 5 one. Needless to say, those 2 were really dry because they didn't let it rest before splitting it, and that should have been done before they fried it.

Updated Review: 03/09/2025: GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE! For years, I stayed away from here because, well, it wasn't very good, or even okay, even after going multiple times. I was curious if things changed since we were in the area today, and I wanted wings, oh yeah, and drinks ;) . The parking lot was not very full, nor the bar area when we got there so I was not very confident that things have changed or improved... I considered not even going in... In my experience today, things have changed, for the better, much better. The bartender, drinks, and food were good. Wings, well sauced. Service was quick. If you were apprehensive about going because of past experiences, I think it's worth trying again. The only thing that was missing was other customers. Usually when I go to a place I'm nervous that I won't get a seat at the bar because its too full, this time, I was nervous because my wife and I were only one of the people at the bar! Not much for sports on, but still. Today food/drinks was as good as the other BW3s, give it a try again. I'll keep my original review below for context:

Original Review ??/??/2020 STAY AWAY! We’ve been to many BW3 locations multiple times. This one has always been our least favorite, but was tolerable. Today, we went there for lunch – but will never go back. We asked the greeter / seater at the door for a booth; he didn’t quite roll his eyes, but seemed burdened by the fact that he had to do his job even though many booths were available. It wasn’t very busy, but still took like 15 minutes to get my beer after we ordered, and the drink my wife ordered – they were ā€˜out of stock’. After placing our order of wings, a chicken sandwich, and corn-dog bites for the kids; it somehow took 45 minutes to get the food out to us. The waiter didn’t even notice how long it was taking, he didn’t stop by, we tried flagging him down and he didn’t see us, and we actually had to walk up to the kitchen area to check what was taking so long or even if they had our order (other people that ordered after us were getting our food). Once the food came, there was barely any sauce on my wings and they looked bone dry. I asked for more. Guess what? It never came. To top it off, they only gave me half a side of ranch for 12 wings! They gave us only a few napkins to wipe our hands for what little sauce there was. None of the tables around us had napkins or wet-naps either. Its like this place was out of supplies. I ended up eating only a few wings so that I could get a box to take it home and put more sauce on the wings and get more ranch and napkins. The wings were so dry that I think it was made of cardboard and all of the sauces in the world would help anyways. I was hoping management would see this review and change things so that other customers wouldn’t have such a bad experience, but as messed up as everything is, I’m not sure they...

Buffalo Wild Wings Germantown Store ID: 1164 I had so many issues with this location on my last visit. I came in Thursday, November 2nd at 6:03 pm after placing my order about 40 minutes earlier on my Buffalo Wild Wings app. Upon arrival, I was greeted and told that the kitchen was backed up with orders, which is understandable as it was a BOGO boneless wing Thursday. So, I waited with everybody else checking in when more orders came out. Fifty minutes go by, and I talk to the hosts to check in on my order the hosts look in the system and it was never sent in, I check my bank and the payment is processing, I check my online receipt and it says the order will be ready at 6:00 pm at the Germantown location. The hosts in the front were really working hard, helped me put my order through in person and I went back to waiting, one of them even took the time to get me something to drink for the inconvenience. Now while my order was cooking, I inquired if there was something I could get for the inconvenience of the app not properly working, like a refund a discount on my order, or a gift card for next time. The hosts in the front talked to somebody in the back and by some means, I canceled my order which was not my intention, and it took thirty minutes for me and the host to realize what happened. I asked him if he could get a manager to come out and talk to me to straighten this out because, at this point, I have been waiting here for one and a half hours. The host brought out the operations manager Kurt and I explained my situation and he seemed unsympathetic and annoyed about it. When I was explaining how I ordered on the app and the order was never sent to their system he said ā€œWhat do you want me to do about itā€ I replied that I would like my food and hoped for some form of compensation, and after some back and forth I said I would like my accidentally canceled order made so I can have dinner, and he grudgingly placed my order. Twenty more minutes go by, and I get my 40 boneless wings with two hours spent inside the Germantown location and the full price paid for these wings. I have photos of my online receipt if...
