First off, I want to say that once I entered the establishment, the staff was excellent—professional, friendly, and attentive. I mean, literally top-notch service from the moment I arrived. They definitely showed love and warmth as soon as I entered the door, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite this being a restaurant inside a hotel, it doesn’t feel that way once you step inside; it has the ambiance of a standalone fine dining spot. This is definitely a five-star restaurant, hands down. The food is truly amazing—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared—and the drinks are outstanding, with a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits that complement the menu perfectly. The customer service deserves 10 stars; the staff was attentive without being overbearing, making sure every need was met promptly. I will definitely be returning soon. One of the dishes my date and I ordered was the fish fry—perfectly seasoned with a crispy, golden exterior, and served with fresh sides. The meal was well-prepared, and the drinks perfectly paired. The menu offers a diverse array of options, from seafood to steaks, with creative appetizers and desserts that elevate the dining experience. Seriously, give this place a chance—you won't be disappointed. One of the biggest reasons I loved it is because it’s very low-key and tucked away in a quiet part of town, making it feel exclusive yet cozy. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of food and service. They truly deserve more recognition than they’re currently getting, so I encourage you to give them a try, spread the word, and show love. Had a really good dinner. Server was excellent. Other staff encounters were very pleasant, upbeat individuals.

The reason for the 3 stars is because the atmosphere is a bit cold. Colorless surroundings, institutional feel, sterile. Some may like that, but I find it off-putting. In addition, though it was quite empty because of the reduction in business travel due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the restroom left MUCH to be desired in regard to cleanliness and supplies. How it could be that dirty and completely lacking in soap when there are SO few people is beyond my comprehension.

Anyway, the food was really good. One person in our group was asking about the soup ingredients, so the server brought her a sample. A pretty sizable one at that. She did end up ordering a bowl for her starter. Another person ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken in a bourbon glaze. Oh did THAT look good, and it was praised by the consumer.

I had the Cubano sandwich with the mashed potatoes, and I also added a side of baked beans. Delicious. Could not taste the honey mustard so I am not sure if it was forgotten, or if was just that minimally added. It was still excellent. The potatoes were just the right amount of garlicky with that hand-made feel by not being whipped completely smooth. The bake beans were a wonderfully smoky, BBQ flavor. When my husband and I arrived on Friday evening for dinner we were impressed with the updated decor. About half of the tables were available. We were told by the two people at the hostess stand that the would be a 5-7 minute wait. It surprised us since the place was half empty, but 5 minutes was nothing to be upset about. We asked if we could sit at the bar and the young lady said we could, but we'd need to close our tab before moving to a table. We sat among the 4-5 other couples at the bar and waited. It was more than 5 minutes before we were asked by a manager (?) if we'd been helped by (I don't recall the name.) We said we had not been helped and the young lady at the hostess stand turns around to say "oh was I supposed to?" She knew we were sitting there waiting! After our drinks were half gone she came to seat us (at a table that was clear when we got there) but our tab had not yet been closed. So instead of helping with that she says "ok, come find me when you're ready." We had to wait for the manager to return to close out before we could go find this girl to seat us.
