Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

It’s really no stars only gave 1 so I could leave this review!!!!!😫😫😫😫 I ordered a pizza and boneless wings at 10:45pm I was told the pizza would come within 30/40 minutes it came I whole hour later than told pizza was cold and dry wings had barley any BBQ sauce on them and they forgot my sprite soda so I called and talked to someone names Justin at the Menomonee falls location he told me they would make it over send the cold pizza back and it would take another hour to hour and a half snifter the original long wait so I told him to just refund me my money if I had to wait that long he was very rude short tempered with me and I’m the victim my wife is pregnant and hungry I could careless about me eating but my u born child and wife had to eat on top of that before he told me it would be another lifetime before we eat I asked can he sent some ranch with the wings he told me .75 cent which was not a problem I had large bills and told him he said it’s nothing I can do use my card or no ranch because inventory I said so your telling me I can’t get a ranch dip for the inconvenience he said no I can’t help u so I said yeah I’ll take a refund he said yeah ok and hung up in my face so now we’re here with no food hungry and my money is tied up with you’ll cause I paid with a card!! Please talk to Justin and tell him about customer service cause I’ll never buy again for this...

This was our first bad experience with this location. We ordered 3 pizzas and a triple order of bacon sticks. With delivery it was over $100. They forgot to give us our sauces for the sticks and one of our pizzas was wrong. We called and were told the driver would be sent back with our sauce but the pizza that was missing the topping was correct, the missing topping was " just garnish " after going in circles with that person for a few minutes over it's not correct because we ordered that " garnish " we gave up. But after 30 minutes and still no driver with our sauce fir the sticks, I called again. Was told she should have been back. But will send her back with them when she got back to the store. I told her the sticks are now cold and I have $20 in sticks no one is eating because no sauce. She offered me a free pizza on my next visit. Driver NEVER cane back with the sauce. Sticks went into the garbage along with my $100 . Worst part Domino's was offering a $7.99 per pizza special. Wish I had seen that first. After reading the other reviews , it really looks like it is a overall location issue here. We love toppers but this location seems to say anything to you to get you off the phone. Update. Awesome guys over there. I've been staying at the Radisson not far away and have been stuck at work until late. Two nights in a row I've ordered from them. The first night, I ended up talking football with their driver Chris for about five minutes when he brought the pizza. The next night, I'd gotten back to the hotel, and really didn't feel like running out in the cold again. I made a crazy request of the driver to bring me some Chap Stick, and I would provide a nice cash tip. I knew it was incredibly unusual, but my lips were dry and hurting, and I would be happy to part with some money to not have to head back out. I was astonished and appreciative when the driver (I believe his name was Zach) showed up with my pizza and some Chap Stick. I tipped him accordingly, but that is not something I would have ever expected from any business. My belly is full, and I'm happy to report, my lips are going to survive. Damn this Midwest cold!
