Kraverz Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

I love it. When I'm busy in Menomonee Falls I can just drive through and pick up a good tasting, hot or cold sandwich. An area favorite known for their ice cream treats and fish fry but I've not tried either even though I have visited there a thousand times plus. This is my go-to when I'm in Menomonee Falls the only place they're located, after a busy busy day of running around doing errands. I use the drive-thrus since it's easy and convenient with friendly staff. A large menu at a reasonable prices offers a variety of sandwiches, paninis, soup and gyros and sides. I've been here so often finding everything very good and tasty with reasonable prices. They have a Reuben sandwichbin made they traditional Reuben way, sinner crinkle fries, hot, crispy and yummy. Some people don't like crinkled fries but these's are a must try.. Gyros are good, paninis are good the only thing I really don't remember having is a hamburger something I'll go back and try. This is one of my favorite food places, loving the drive-thru. Family-friendly place with a clean store and desserts, custard?, that are,, I am told, creamy and delicious. You can't go wrong...

Horrible. Just spent $26 on food that went in the garbage. I ordered 2 cheese burger meals 1 flavor of day in dish and 1 banana split. When I got to the window the lady handed us our custard bag first and was laughing and said the banana split is a little messy. Once we got both bags I took out the split and there was ice cream oozing out of the container and onto the Sunday. The entire bag was filled with melted ice cream all over the place. I tried to open the banana split slowly with out spilling it. As I begin to open it it over filled all over the sides and made a huge mess in my car. At this point I was so frustrated that I tossed the ice creams out and food. Thanks for making me lose my appetite and waste $26. This was the first time and last time I'll ever go to this place. I mean if you know the ice cream made that big of a mess in the bag why would you even give it to a customer like that. I'm sure it would have only took a few minutes to make a new one. But once again I'll never come to a place...

I've been here four times in the past two months. I like the food, especially the hot dogs and the Italian beef. The staff though... that's another matter. I haven't seen a single smile from any of the people that work there, including the guys I presume to be the managers/ owners. My last visit I was standing several feet away from the counter and looking at the menu board, deciding what to order. There was young guy standing at the register to my right. There was a man (which I think might be one of the owners or at least a manager) standing behind a register on the left. I approached the man on the left and without a smile or a "Hello", he just pointed at the young guy and said something like "He'll help ya". The man wasn't busy with anything. He was just standing there. Why, if he didn't want to take my order, was he standing behind a register, doing nothing?
