China Buffet — Restaurant in Menomonie

Came here yesterday (O6/21/22) with some friends for dinner, the food was ok, the waitress came to our table and asked how old my friend’s cousin was and when my friend answered she kept staring at us like we were lying to get a discount or something when we weren’t. The next thing is I payed separate from my friend and her family and I didn’t have the actual card with me cause it’s being mailed and I said “you need to type in the card manually cause I don’t have the physical card I just have the card info” she went into my Apple Pay without my permission first off and secondly tried using a card I didn’t authorize her to use, then tried saying I owed her more of a tip than what I gave her like, I told her “your charging me $20 for a buffet for one person, I’m a CNA I don’t make much money to begin with but I wanted to come hang out with my friends for a little bit” I also said I needed gas to get home to cause I live in NR and she told me it was a...

Went in there tonight food was pretty good but had a horrible experience with the waiter there (Chinese boy). He was a great server but, my mom made a mistake and spilled water could happen to anyone by the way. She decided to apology they said it was okay. It’s 2024 I know that it’s the right thing to tip. With it being 2024 no one carries cash now a days. I tip with my card. I paid and the cashier never gave me a receipt. I didn’t even think about the tip until the waiter came out furious. Demanding a tip. I told him the cashier had not Given me a receipt to leave a tip and no it didn’t even cross to ask for one I just paid my tab.(Gave me the receipt, my copy not the one with the option to leave a tip) their job to do their job not mine. Started shouting profanities , took a picture of my license plate, and treated to “look for me” I had to call the police. Sheesh don’t go here unless you have cash to...

We have been here tons of times never had any issues very good food. But today we went in and they have a new lady working there taking the plates from the tables. She was very odd, when we walked in she started hugging on my 4 year old like she knew us, I found this odd but moved along. At the end of our meal we paid our check and then was putting our 4 year olds coat on and she came out of the kitchen up to the table asking where her tip was..... We couldn't understand her at first but she stood there for a full minute asking us for a tip and I told her that the tip is on the receipt and she just looked at me and kept asking for money, when she saw we weren't giving her any she stormed off....I have never in my life experienced such inappropriate behaviour. I don't think I will be coming back unless I know she is not working...
