I started an online order early in the day on the Pizza Hut app to to get the $11 dinner box to my son 2 hours away as a nice birthday surprise. The app had a glitch and kept kicking me to a gluten free option. So I figured I’d try the website instead. It ran my card 3 times and froze the screen, never placed the order or charged the card. So, after 3 hours and 45 minutes of attempts I just called the Menomonie Pizza Hut because it was almost down to the hour mark and I wanted to make sure it was there by 7pm. A lady answered and I told her I was trying to get a dinner box online for 7pm delivery but it wasn’t working. She took the address and passed the phone to a guy. I told the guy I was trying to order a 7 delivery for my son’s birthday and the computer had a glitch. He fixed an address miscommunication in the computer and took my order. It only came to $11 and they have a requirement that it be $11.99 for them to deliver so I added a cookie for $6 and change. Well, then there’s a delivery fee. So now my $11 pizza is up to $22.66. Then I’m asked if I want to tip the driver which is confusing because I’m charged a “delivery fee”. So no I pay $22.66 and text my son at 7:01 to see if the pizza is there and he said they delivered it at 6:30 and he wasn’t there so he had to go pick it up anyway. I’m a little stumped how, after all of this chaos for hours, the 7:00 pizza delivery of an $11 pizza was lost in translation and ended up costing me $22.66 and my son had to pick it up. Would not...
Read moreThese people will only answer their phone after calling 8 times only to be put on hold twice and then hung up on. Super Frustrating and unprofessional. I was finally able to place an order for delivery. It was a very simple order. It took 1 hour and 20 mins to arrive, to be missing some of the items that I ordered and paid for. The food was prepared incorrectly, so I called back to have my missing items delivered, again believe it or not it took me dialing their number 7 different times and leaving 2 voicemails for me to call and get a live person. I kindly explained my issues and frustrations for the young man on the other end to say, "Well we are busy" very rudely at that. He then transferred me to the manager who said that she would personally male sure my food arrived, all of it and correctly. Needless to say Julia the manager failed me as well. I just got my delivery and unfortunately I am still missing items and there are no apologies. Horrible Service. It's unfortunate because we love Pizza Hut and this store gives the classic well loved restaurant a very bad name. Call Domino's or Teds if you want pizza in Menomonie. Don't make the same mistake I did. And management can feel free to contact me otherwise they have lost any future business from me, my family and all my friends. Read moreWhere to begin. Our server was rude, and had a very poor attitude. Would go missing for long periods of time, leaving me and my children wondering where she was. Brought me the wrong sauce, forgot my drink, and took a guys order that came after us before us, and got him his food before even taking our order. Would reach over our food and also took my fork/plate before I was even done with it. Then to top it off she never came back to get the bill with my credit card after leaving it on our table. So after waiting 10 minutes for her to come back, I go to the front to pay, and this sad excuse of a waitress is just standing around chatting with coworkers doing nothing. Also when I confronted her about it she took no responsibility. Offered no apologies. Just made excuses for her behavior. Don't go to this place. They make every other Pizza Hut in the world...
