Subway — Restaurant in Menomonie

I have been in this subway twice now and have gotten poor service both times. The first time there were three employees behind the counter helping someone in the drive thru because they didn’t see the drive thru wasn’t open. I stood there for while and no one said anything to me, no one even looked at me! One of the three left since her shift was over and the man of the group comes over to me with the receipt from the drive thru I’m assuming and starts taking some bread out... I would’ve waited if someone would’ve greeted me or said SOMETHING! The second time was just no greeting and again they had no positive attitude! Seriously, the customer service at this subway needs...

I have never been to the Subway in Menomonie (the one on HWY 25) until yesterday and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The employee that helped me (she didn't have a name tag on) was so rude and was about to not serve me all because I asked if I could get extra chicken in my chicken and cheese dipper and she told me no they aren't customizable and I said oh really? I live about an hour from here and they let me do it there that's weird. She freaked out on me for simply telling her that. Will never go back to that...

Terrible. Incredinly rude service in picking up our order that was incorrectly made. After we pointed that out she got defensive saying that we ordered it that way. We referred to the receipt showing that it said it right there. She insisted it was different instructions on the screen that she follows instead. Right. Never going back to this subway to be treated so poorly and have things incorrect. All would have been completely fine if there was just a "sorry about that, I can fix that" instead of...
