Just got done eating here with my family about 30 minutes ago. We have previously eaten here and it was my wife's favorite Mexican restaurant in town. We are definitely done eating here after tonight.

First of all we ordered a total of 7 items including our drinks. Our bill first showed up with 9 separate charges. They don't list items on their receipts so I'm sure we aren't the first to be charged extra. We brought this up to the person at the front (Where you pay). He apologized and said it would be addressed. I returned to our table where our waitress showed up and said it was taken care of. 8 items still on the bill. I asked for an explanation and her reason was that we were being charged twice for my wife's entree. The reasoning is what got us.

My wife ordered a vegetarian enchilada meal. The description of vegetables said a "vegetable mix" and cheese. She was debating between this and the vegetarian burrito meal. The burrito specifically listed mushrooms in it, so she went with the enchiladas since they didn't have mushrooms (being deathly allergic to mushrooms).

The meals came out and sure enough the one with no mushrooms listed had mushrooms in it. We sent it back, explained why and even apologized to the waitress. She then came out with a new plate less than a minute later. The new enchiladas were uncooked and completely soaked and soggy, like they were pulled out of a freezer, microwaved then served, instead of actually being cooked.

We had enough at this point and decided to leave. This was when we realized the issue with the bill. The waitress then decided to get hostile with my wife after we pointed out we were being charged for things we didn't order. We attempted speaking with someone else, but the waitress kept making it a point to come over and make comments to my wife.

We were originally billed for more than 15 dollars of food that we didn't order.

Now into my food, I ordered the flautas with shredded chicken. Would've been fine, honestly didn't taste bad. I would have finished it, except after getting through about one and a half of them I bit into and broke a small chicken bone.

Complementary chips looked lonely in the basket. A refill was provided but in both instances the basket was 1/2 full... I actually counted 22 chips. Menu had a lot of prices blocked out and some ingredients blocked out of the description. I ordered the grilled shrimp salad and that's exactly what it was. Nothing flashy, shrimp was grilled well lettuce needed draining after the rinse and there wasn't even a hint of a lime vinaigrette which would have offset the oil from the grilled shrimp. I've had several good meals at this place but this one wasn't all that. I got the impression they're struggling financially with the adaptive menu and the less than stellar service. I also looked under the table and wished I would've done that straight up and this review would've been much shorter and we would have went somewhere else. I'm sad to say I...

Service was bad and there was only two of us including two other people in the entire restaurant. The chips were fake however the salsa they serve was okay if you like to dip your chips in sweetener. After ordering our food it literally took the waiter less than five minutes to bring our food out which me and my boyfriend looked at each other and knew that was not a good sign. The rice was nasty smushy over cooked with no flavor and the chicken enchiladas weren't any better. Not to forget the side lettuce with half slice tomato with avocado they server wasn't too appealing either, the lettuce looked old and the avocado was half black. I will never eat here again and would not recommend anyone to this place I am Mexican myself and have has way better...
