Let me take you on a journey.
You wake up at 6am. Ready for work of the day! You arrive to work to realise you forgot your lunch the wife made you and its on your anniversary, at this point you realise to yourself that it’s time to shine.
You work hard all day. You get to leave at 9PM yet you stay till 10 to finish a project. All day without food and you think to yourself. ‘I know how to make it up to her while treating myself’.
So I call the dominos up and ask for a single thin base pizza. Nothing fancy. They ask over the phone ‘why make us do this’ and complain about the job they are employed to do. They then ask their manager to come over and the first thing he says is ‘do you want some extra spice on your pizza’. He then realises that I just simply wanted to ask about the pizza and tells me to ignore what he just said.
I then get told to arrive in 30 minutes. So I arrive. At 10:25 I approach the building. 10:27 I enter and the manager tells me they are shut. I ask them if I can collect my pizza and I get told about how they haven’t made one. I then mention the phone call and he says ‘Oh yes I will get it for you.’
Finally the day is turning around you might say. NO. Its not. As he leaves he hands me a box. Me being in the rush I am I collect it and approach my car. Drive home and tell my wife that the food is on the table. She opens the box and proceeds to call me a pig. That I should be ashamed for the mess I brought home.
I wonder what she means and I walk to the box. I look inside to see an empty box with a single piece of pizza on top. This slice was no ordinary slice. This was a piece of dough and nothing else. This was pure crust. No sauce. No cheese. No meat. Instead the only remaining traces of pizza was a sludge of SpongeBob’s worst enemies food. Chum from the chum bucket.
I will show an image of what it looks like below.
If this is what pizza is now then this domino’s needs help. I attempted to complain the next day but was told that ‘my opinion didn’t matter’.
I would highly suggest...
Read moreI'd give a zero for competency if I could. Ordered first by phone for pick up. The girl verified the address so I knew I was calling for the Menomonie location. I wanted to make sure because it was obvious that I was calling a call center. I ordered 2 med pizzas for pick up and she told me it was going to be close to 28 bucks. Due, to her accent, I didn't catch the exact total but I questioned "shouldn't these be about $5.99"? She said ohhhhh...you want the mix and match for 6.99. Yes! Yes I do want to save 13 bucks. She then confirmed the order and said it will be ready in 20-25 min. I go to pick up and there was no order. The girl at the counter said ya..that sometimes happens when you order by phone. Really? I then told her the story, told her specifically that I want the "mix and match" (because you need to say that or you get charged double) and that it should come to $14 something. I told her one med pepperoni and one med sausage & mushroom. She said it came to $14.75. Sounded right to me. When my order was up, they only had one sausage and mushroom pizza . She said that I ordered one pizza. How can you mix and match with one pizza? Frustrated for wasting my time on what was supposed to be a convenient meal tonight. Every time I go there it seems to be something. This one pushed me over the limit to finally complain. Do better...
Read moreI made an order at 745, giving it is bad weather outside i was told an hour and a half wait time. At 1015 (two and a half hours later) i called the store asking about my order. Whoever answered the phone told me that my order was forgotten about completely and he said they would deliver it as soon as possible. Not thinking of asking if the food was remade i said thank you and we hung up. With in 10 minutes, yes i repeat ten minutes, on this "oh so bad weather day" someone knocks on my door. Its here. The time was 1025. Now its nearly been three hours since ive made the order, so i checked the food as the deliver guy handed it to me. The boxes werent even warm and the top of the the food was crusted over from sitting. So i had the guy take it back to the store. As he got back in his car we noticed he had a friend with in the passenger seat. We thought maybe it was a trainee but then i thought about it and wouldnt a trainee go to the door?? I dont know. Now im not one to complain, im extremely understanding but if i hadnt called the dominoes store we would have not gotten our food and wouldnt have even known why. I think the store has proven to be very unprofessional, and im highly...
