Marion's Legacy — Restaurant in Menomonie

This place is super cute! I love the old diner feel of it. My partner and I ordered Caramel Lattes, a scone and a breakfast sandwich.

The latte was pretty standard, but not as sweet as I would expect a Caramel Latte to be. The Strawberry Scone I got reminded me more of a strawberry cake than a scone, when it comes to texture; but I truly enjoyed it!

Unfortunately, my partner thinks that they use "fake egg" for the sandwiches. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but he sure does! I haven't heard the end of it since the last time we ate there.

I think this is a really nice, sit-down breakfast/lunch diner... but I don't think of it as a run-in-and-get-a-coffee type of place.

Any time I go here the atmosphere is always wonderful. The coffee is always great and this last time I went I had an absolutely delicious grilled cheese sandwich, so their food is wonderful too.
