Hello, Im very upset with the customer service that I was given in the Mento Ohio HomeGoods store today. I had went in there around 6:15pm. I asked a lady who worked there if I can get some help by the indoor furniture. She said ālet me get someone over there.ā She was also with the manager I believe but I wasnāt sure. They both had walkys and badges. Couldnāt see the names by the way. So anyways, 10 minutes pass by and still nobody. A young man who was walking away from the registers I stopped him and ask āhey bud can you help me or can you get someone over to help me?ā He said āsure thing sorry for the wait. If I canāt get someone Iāll help you.ā He went to the back and 4-5 minutes later he walks passed us and jumps on a register. Iām thinking that maybe he told someone. Nope!!! Was I wrong. Another 20 minutes goās by and nobody came to help us. All I wanted to know is if they had another chair in the back because the one on the sales floor was damaged. And see if I was able to get it delivered. That all. But nobody wanted to help us. I wonāt be shopping at that store anymore or most likely at any...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to shop at HomeGoods and was honestly disgusted by what I saw. There was a very elderly manāprobably close to 70-80āoutside in the 80-degree heat, full sun, cleaning the storeās front windows. No shade, no protection from the heat. When I saw this I was immediately heartbroken and angry. Imagine this was your grandpa or grandma, still working at their age only to be put outside in insane heat and forced to clean windows? When I walked inside, I noticed that all the workers were teenagers. Either teenagers or very young. I asked about the man, and it turns out they were the ones who had him out there doing that job. Instead of having a young teenager in this heat- or maybe just waiting until the sun goes down to clean the windows?????!!!!!!!! They put an elder out there to do it for them. I find it absolutely deplorable that a store would make an elderly person do such hard physical labor in the heat while young employees stayed inside where itās cool in the shade. Itās not just disrespectful, Itās INHUMANE. Shame on you, HomeGoods. Do better. I will not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit: 4/30/2025 Go in there rn. Seriously. Tell me it's not THE JUNKIEST HOMEGOODS EVER?! Zero organization. Things inside things inside things...First world problems but come on. And why is literally every item now 29.99? Large vase 29.99...small vase 29.99 oh look a decorative object...29.99... This particular Home Goods has recently become a cluttered, disorganized mess. It's almost like they are getting way too much inventory for the size of the store and the volume of customers. I went there today and nothing about the place made me want to spend my...
