EDIT: I can’t believe it, but I actually ordered here and got all my food, with polite interactions with staff and I received it all in a timely fashion. I can tell some “changes” were made here. The difference is night and day. The difference where there was once darkness, there is now light. Where there was chaos, now order. It’s wonderful.
Virtually every Popeyes in the NE Ohio region is horrible and the issues are always the same across locations. Slow service. Rude staff. Poorly cooked food. Dirty dining rooms and bathrooms. Missing items. It honestly doesn’t get much worse than this. We’re talking BRAND SPANKING NEW restaurants that can’t get it together even for a short period of time. The only consistent thing about Popeyes is how consistently bad every restaurant is. It doesn’t matter where you go. One could tolerate rude staff but fast and well cooked food. One may forgive lower quality food for a good experience and staff that do their best to make it right. One could wait 30-60 minutes as long as the food is good and you receive everything you order. But to wait far too long while being disrespected by workers while also getting bad food and maybe even the wrong order is just not worth it. I was going to give this Popeyes a try, like I have others, but based on the reviews I can see it’s just more of the same. I will not be buying Popeyes in this state again. It’s simply not possible. They’ve only...

I reach out to customer support and ask for my $30 back. They respond to my email at 11:00 PM with this:
"I am sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. I know how frustrating that can be. Please know that we take our guest experience and customer service very seriously and hope you would accept my deepest apologies on behalf of the restaurant.
I would be happy to offer you a $20 coupon that you will be able to use immediately on an upcoming order!"
I accept the coupon and ask for my $30 to be refunded. They flat out refused:
"Thank you for following up and we appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention. Based on the issues identified, this is the best remediation we can offer you."
Now I have to go through the hassle of a chargeback because this store literally stole my money. I just wanted some chicken on my way home...
Read moreWell, I can't imagine this store will be open much longer unless it gets new management. The current management obviously does not know or care how to operate a restaurant. We went to the drive-through on a Wednesday evening. There were no other customers inside or in line, we saw at least 3 employees inside. When we got to the order window, the employee asked us to wait one minute. Fine, that happens. We waited 2 minutes and asked if they were ready yet. Told us it would be another minute. Waited again, then said screw it, not waiting any longer. We then drove around to the pickup window. The employee was sitting at the window on a stack of boxes and playing on his phone. They clearly did not feel like doing any work and ignored customers out of pure laziness. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Until this place gets new management, I will not return. If I could give zero stars I would, since I had no food or service to...
