Quality of this store has plummeted from good to completely intolerable over the past 7 years. It used to be a clean, pleasant, well stocked and well staffed store. Now it is an understaffed, habitually out-of-stock of everything, loud, chaotic train wreck that seems to have lost all connection to humanity. Staff is mostly clueless young people with zero customer service skills and zero product or retail operation knowlege. In the past few years they started blasting horrible loud party music throughout the store. It's so obnoxious I can only think the goal is to drive us away from shopping in the store. I used to love how peaceful & quiet it was to take my time browing through Target. Now it is auditory torture while I race through to get in an out as fast as possible to avoid the awful loud stressful music. There are also never any cashiers anymore so you have to wait in long self check out lines. I started doing almost exclusively Target drive up now to avoid the awful loud party music and long lines, but they mess up my drive up order 9/10 times anyways. Wrong items, missing items, expired products, rude employees. This Target has pretty much given us no other choice than to just go shop at their...
Read moreI've always enjoyed shopping here until recently. I placed an order for pick up. I recieved an email shortly after placing my order informing me five of the previously available items were unavailable. No big deal until I checked for the items in store after picking up my order and found everything that was supposedly unavailable. One of the items (toilet paper) from my pick up order I needed to purchase extra for a friend. So I gathered everything up, checked out at the self check out and was absolutely embarrassed by the cashier. She apparently thought I was trying to pilfer the tp. She very loudly asked me for my receipt. I handed it to her. I was in the middle of explaining some of the items were previously purchased as a pick up order when she again loudly exclaimed YOU ONLY HAVE ONE COTTONELLE TOILET PAPER ON HERE! I finally got the tp flipped over so she could see the bought sticker. The cashier then said oh I see what you mean. A little too late because I was mortified and in tears by the time I...
Read moreOMG please stop with the LOUD MUSIC at this store! They never used to play music in this store and in the past year they started BLASTING MUSIC so loud you cannot even have a conversation. This LOUD MUSIC is so overbearing and obnoxious I avoid this store like the plague now. I choose to just pay more for things at other stores just so I don't feel like I'm at a night club or rap concert every time I shop. I'm normally an easy going person and even enjoy some low key background music when I shop at other places. But the frantic loud noise blasting over your head like megaphone at this Target store is like some kind of crazy MK Ultra experiment. Too many other stores in the area with the same products to ever subject myself to this torture just to get some light bulbs and toilet paper. TURN THE MUSIC BACK OFF AND LET US...
