Jamba — Restaurant in Merced

I usually love coming to this Jamba on G Street — I always mobile order here and the customer service is usually great. But this time was a really disappointing experience. My order said it would be ready at 10:53, and I arrived at 10:52. When I got there, nobody was at the front counter, and there were no drinks in the pickup refrigerator. I waited several minutes while I could hear people laughing and talking in the back, but no one came out to help me until around 11:00. Only then did they start making my order. It felt frustrating and honestly disrespectful to just be standing there ignored when my order should have already been ready. I don’t want other customers to have that same experience, and I hope management addresses it with whoever was working at that time (I didn’t catch her name, but she was blonde). I’m giving four stars for the food because it still tasted okay, but it was watered down — which makes me think it was made earlier and left sitting out.
