I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is by far the worst starbucks i have ever been to. the workers are nice but the management of the place is absolutely horrible. I thought maybe it’d be a one time experience when I had to wait half an hour for a mobile order I placed long before I even came in but apparently getting decent service is the one time experience. Like, it wasn’t even that they forgot because I was asked by the worker numerous times what my name was and what I ordered but it just led to nothing. Time isn’t even the main offender when it comes to this place since not only do they make you wait forever, they also rarely get your drink order right. I ordered a matcha lemonade today and instead got some frappachino drink with my original order printed on the tag. It’s a never ending cycle of waiting and wrong orders, this place has honestly made me hate starbucks as a brand. It’s not worth the effort honestly. Starbucks was only really an option because it was convenient but now it’s more of a hassle than just going to literally any other coffee shop. Cashier: She wasn’t the nicest,, not rude.. but not friendly at all.. NO SMILES, no hi, how are you but rather a very dry.. I’ll be with you then followed by.. what are you ordering?! Like REALLY?! You’re the first point of contact!!!
Barista Service: It took 25 mins to get my order of Grande Apple Carmel Oat Mac! It’s a very simple drink! But they ended messing it, gave me Iced, then I said but I order Hot.. well oh be damn, she did make it HOT where I can’t drink it and literally burned my tongue 1st sip (see video). The coffee was Burnt Bcz it was steamed too hot, there was no apple syrup. Literally taste like burnt coffee poured over milk and top of with foam!!
I also ordered a banana bread, which is good.. but I had to asked for a knife for my butter which they gave me and NO Napkin was provided within the food.
PS: it wasn’t just me who they messed up on the orders.. 3 people in front of me waited for over 30mins!!

Some of the employees don’t greet or acknowledge you at all, which takes away from the welcoming atmosphere Starbucks is known for. There’s one particular lady who just doesn’t seem happy to be there — no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment.
