I have always LOVED this place, so I was looking forward to blessing a local business with a bulk order for June. I called and it rang off the hook...no problem. I checked Google to see if they had a website which directed me to Instagram. From there, I sent a direct message explaining what I would like to arrange along with my information. They reply, please call back during business hours...no problem. I had called during business hours and was ready to try again when I noticed they had time to make a big Instagram post about orders immediately after I contacted them. Their detailed post asked customers to not contact them via direct message. What bothered me about the whole situation was that they didn't seem to have time to call me back, but they had time to make a big post promoting orders and say in their post, "no DMs" (directly related to me contacting them).

Had such a great experience ordering a custom birthday cake here. The owner took my order and was super helpful and professional. They’re very customer service and detail oriented to make sure they get your order right. They did such a fantastic job and I was extremely satisfied with my order. It was beautifully decorated with the vintage piping and the edible cake glitter was so pretty and sparkly. Mix Bakery followed all the details I wanted for this cake. Most importantly it was delicious, moist, and held its shape well and was easy to cut. Loved the red velvet cake with the Oreos since they added a nice textural crunch with the soft cake. What an awesome bakery! I order a cake for a gender reveal party and everyone loved it! The cake was beautifully decorated. They put so much attention to the details on my order. The cake definitely helped elevate in such a fabulous way the theme and celebration to something elegant, special and memorable. It was my first time ever visiting this bakery and ordering from them. They went above and beyond my expectations. Their cakes are ART.
