Cons: Tiny wings Pepperroni pizza was dry and cool/warm (not hot) Overpriced

First time here and was not impressed. The person taking my order was pleasant. The restaurant was pretty clean. The restrooms were clean as well. I appreciate that they have a refillable soft drink station. But at the end of the day I came here to eat and not to drink soda and admire their cleanliness. I wanted pizza.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, two soft drinks and an order of Buffalo wings (6pc) Total came up to almost $40!!!!

The wings were tiny...and soggy. The pizza was not hot. It was dry. So dry that my husband had to ask for extra pizza sauce on the side.... Which by the way came in a pre served cup out of their drink fridge. So that tells me that they know their pizza is dry and that people are going to ask for extra sauce.... But why out of the fridge? Why not serve it warm?

Anyway, that also didn't help so we dipped it in ranch... That still didn't help.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. You should reconsider your prices and the quality of your food.

P.S. after eating here, I checked out the reviews. Apparently I should be expecting diarrhea...

Always order from this location typically with no issues on delivery, over 2 hour wait I had to call in to ask what was going on. All I ask for is an update if you guys are having issues with delivery or in this case messing up orders just give your customers a call to update that it will take longer. Some may cancel the order some may not but the courtesy of calling is what is suppose to be done. I had to go pick it up and still waited another 30 minutes inside since it was not done. If you guys are having issues making correct orders please correct that before you take any more orders. Utilize third party food delivery services and double down on producing pizza faster for your customers. Nobody is perfect and no business is perfect but communication is key not a side of breadsticks or $9.40 discount. Ordered on 7/6/20 @ 6:34pm. I usually ordered from the other one on Olive Ave. However they were closed and decided to ordered from here. Online delivery says will take 90 mins. I figured it was fine. However 2 hrs went by and no pizza. Gave them a call and ask about the status. Cashier told me they're backed up on orders and the cook had barely started on it! She says will take 20 mins to cook and will be delivered right away. I should have asked for a refund but decided not to since I didnt cook dinner and it was already 8:30pm. Another hour later the pizza delivery was finally here at 9:24pm. Smh, the staff was not very courteous. Should have at least made a courtesy call in the beginning to let me know it would take longer than the anticipated 90 mins. Not very...
