Friday 2/25/22, my family and I waited over 1 hour an hour to get food served. My 3rd time there. Not sure what went down today with staff but only 1 waitress and 2 cooks,. 6 tables were all waiting patiently because foods usually good but today was not the case. Food was rushed on plates, presentation was not as usual. Food was cold, plus Spicy Miso Ramen broth tasted soapy. Pork slices in soup had strong taste as did the shrimp in other dishes we orded as if they had been bad, not even the over seasoning could hide the after taste. Wonton soup wasnt pleasant as all wontons were extremely doughy and overly boiled which dough melted off meat oddly when touching it. Told waitress of our concerns, she then expressed that she would provide discount on bill for inconvenience and long wait time. After doing the math I still paid full price. Waitress received tip just because we felt bad she kept saying sorry to everyone in shop. that point I wasn't going to argu,, just wanted to leave. I seen she was frustrated with the whole night. Saddened by tonighs experience, service and food are usually good but whatever staff problems were going on truly showed Tonight.
Most of drink we wanted weren't available, smoothie machien was down, orange juice wasnt avaliable. And soda machine wasn't working. Waitress admitted to being low on silverware. We legit felt badfor waitress as she kept explaining how nothing was going right. She seemed to feel as if it was her fault everything was wrong. Hopefully...

Read moreFood And customer service was good but I think whoever is in charge needs to let his/her workers know about the payment options they offer... I had gotten my tab and on the receipt it said they offered Apple Pay by simply scanning the barcode anyways I paid through Apple Pay and walked out to my car and got stopped by 3 workers telling me I didn’t pay the tab I let them know I had paid it through Apple Pay they told me numerous times that don’t offer Apple Pay yet the transaction had already gone through on my bank account long story short they checked in their system and after a few minutes came back and told me that it had in fact gone through, they apologized and said they weren’t aware that they offered it. Yes maybe it’s not all their fault but like I said if they were all on the same Page they could have saved me the trouble and humiliation of walking me back into the restaurant as a customer whom they...
