A lot people complain about the 'slow service'. The so-called 'Google Local Guides' have it all wrong. This is simply not accurate, and a mis-application of the word, "service". The service has always been friendly and prompt. I would agree that it's not "fast food". Why? Because it's like "homemade"! If you want food made fast, go to Applebee's or somewhere else where everything is pre-packaged and pre-cooked, and they have 5-10 cooks, so you can get back to work in 30-minutes. Good food takes time to, wait for it.... cook! The food here is always fresh and made to order. You can taste the difference. For example, the Chiu Chow chili sauce is 'bomb'. It rivals any Vietnamese restaurant from the Bay Area. It has flavor, it's not simply hot. So in closing, judge the quality of the food, judge the pricing. Don't judge the service. They all work hard, even the cooks. Be nice!

I don't know what is happening here at Noah's. Currently dine in is not available because of covid-19 and recommendations of the CDC. We ordered in person and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. It's a bit much to wait but I thought I was getting quality shrimp Pho like other times. The 25 minutes turned to 30 then 35 and finally 40 minutes later we had our food. Once home I got all fixings ready to put into the Pho. Before I added the chili paste I decided to try the nice hot broth. Man was I disappointed. It lacked the delicious flavor that I have come to expect. The only positive thing about the Pho was that it had plenty of shrimp.

I give three star because I did not actually eat here. My girlfriend sent me here for some broth. I got both types of broth chicken and beef. Couldn't really tell the difference in taste. They were more sweet. But it looks like a nice place. I took a few pictures and I will try and eat there when my girlfriend gets better. The location was easy to miss as I was looking for it on the street. Not a great location. That must be why the place was empty. Not because it's a bad place, but because nobody knows it's there. I'll give a new rating after I eat there. Nice people and nice customer service.

Friday 2/25/22, my family and I waited over 1 hour an hour to get food served. My 3rd time there. Not sure what went down today with staff but only 1 waitress and 2 cooks,. 6 tables were all waiting patiently because foods usually good but today was not the case. Food was rushed on plates, presentation was not as usual. Food was cold, plus Spicy Miso Ramen broth tasted soapy. Pork slices in soup had strong taste as did the shrimp in other dishes we orded as if they had been bad, not even the over seasoning could hide the after taste. Wonton soup wasnt pleasant as all wontons were extremely doughy and overly boiled which dough melted off meat oddly when touching it. Told waitress of our concerns, she then expressed that she would provide discount on bill for inconvenience and long wait time. After doing the math I still paid full price. Waitress received tip just because we felt bad she kept saying sorry to everyone in shop. that point I wasn't going to argu,, just wanted to leave. I seen she was frustrated with the whole night. Saddened by tonighs experience, service and food are usually good but whatever staff problems were going on truly showed Tonight.

Most of drink we wanted weren't available, smoothie machien was down, orange juice wasnt avaliable. And soda machine wasn't working. Waitress admitted to being low on silverware. We legit felt badfor waitress as she kept explaining how nothing was going right. She seemed to feel as if it was her fault everything was wrong. Hopefully...

The pad Thai sucks!! It was rice noodles with orange sauce, 4 shrimp and a teaspoon of peanut. Basically noodles and sugar yuck. For the owner that reads this here's a authentic pad Thai recipe. Your's was far from it. The service was good. THE SAUCE

35 grams palm sugar, finely chopped (about 3 tightly packed tablespoons)

1/4 cup tamarind paste/concentrate (what is tamarind?, see note)

2 Tbsp fish sauce (my recommended fish sauce)

3 Tbsp water

PAD THAI

4 ounces dry rice noodles (choose one that is about 2mm wide) (see note)

8-10 shrimp, or as many as you’d like, peeled and deveined

1 small head shallot, thinly sliced, about 3 Tbsp

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 Tbsp dried shrimp, chopped

1 pc pressed tofu, cut into small pieces (see note)

½ tsp of chili flakes, or to taste

A scant ¼ cup of chopped sweet preserved daikon radish (see note)

2 eggs

2.5 cups bean sprouts

1 cup garlic chives, cut into 2” pieces

¼ cup chopped roasted...

Food And customer service was good but I think whoever is in charge needs to let his/her workers know about the payment options they offer... I had gotten my tab and on the receipt it said they offered Apple Pay by simply scanning the barcode anyways I paid through Apple Pay and walked out to my car and got stopped by 3 workers telling me I didn’t pay the tab I let them know I had paid it through Apple Pay they told me numerous times that don’t offer Apple Pay yet the transaction had already gone through on my bank account long story short they checked in their system and after a few minutes came back and told me that it had in fact gone through, they apologized and said they weren’t aware that they offered it. Yes maybe it’s not all their fault but like I said if they were all on the same Page they could have saved me the trouble and humiliation of walking me back into the restaurant as a customer whom they...
