Food was good, service was okay, getting the order correct took 3 trys

Ordered a #3, (double burger, no cheese, no pickles), with tater tots, upsized to large. Seems pretty simple eh? Well it should be since we had to repeat the order it 4 times and each time the order taker repeated it was back wrong. After the 4th time she got it right. Not very convincing but she did repeat it back right when confirming whole order back. (Had another single burger, lettuce only)

Order came, the #3 had cheese, pickle, and medium sized. Called car-hop back, explained the error. She was a bit confused on what we were trying to say. "This has cheese and pickles on it and we ordered with out cheese and pickles. And this was to be a large size" "That's not what you ordered" was the reply. Showed her the receipt, "Oh you didn't want cheese and the soda was suppose to be a large or the tots were a large too?" Pointing to the receipt, "This is what were ordered, so yes, no cheese, large size." Car-hop says "Oh, ok I'll get it fixed".

About 2 minutes later she came back 2ith the large soda. Another 4-5 minutes later she came back with the correct burger. I inquired about the tater-tots. "Oh yea, they are coming" another 2-3 minutes later she came with the tots.

Food was good, once they got the order correct. Hot, as fresh as any other good fast food place.

Will go back again (to Sonic, not from area so likelyhood of returning to this one not so good)

I got my very first meal from Sonic last night. It was pretty busy. I chose to order from one of the stalls and wait for my food since I was in no rush. I waited approximately 20 minutes and when I received my order, I put it in a hot bag and when I got home, 7 minutes later, ZERO items were hot. My tots had CLEARLY been sitting under a warmer for longer than they should've been. The box was saturated in grease on the back and bottom. My double cheeseburger was BARELY warm and my cinnabon treats weren't hot either. They were still tasty but I couldn't believe I waited 20 minutes of my time and $20 of my money to receive food that had been sitting! I couldn't even finish the meal. The tots were not consumable. They tasted like old grease. Had to waste a large. The only thing I was able to fully enjoy was the Snickers blast... But It's hard to mess up ice cream. I'm sure the food would've been better if it were hot but I'm not chancing waiting that long and paying money for another waste of time. Disappointing. Went through their drive thru tonight, ordered a few things to munch on including a medium-sized pop corn chicken for $4.79. Once we got home my girlfriend who ordered the item said look! It was not even full with chicken only about 3 quarters of the way. So i called them to complain, bc i mean thats $5 spent on an item and I expect to get what i paid for. The shift leader named David answered the call. I asked him how many ounces of pop corn chicken a medium had and his first response was 6 oz! I told him bc we just came through their drive thru and received med. Pop corn chicken that only weighted 3.4 oz and thats witht the package. And David says and! And that's not 6 oz's! He said oh i meant a mediumd is 4 oz's....and paused.... I said ok well thats still not even 4 oz's! He says well i can give you a small if you'd like. I told him NO, I want a meduim thats what i paid for! He got my name and said come in and pick it up. I said ok cool that you, he just hung up on me!
