This is a great place my daughter and I go here often. We always get the orange chicken bowls . We both like the fact that there’s only 617 calories and there is a lot of food and the price is reasonable. They have a lot of awesome options so many to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I have is they take a really long time to make the food. II started calling in the food and I still had to wait 20 minutes after calling in my food because they said they were too busy and they didn’t put my order when I called it in. This has happened a few different times. They are very busy and they have a lot of high school kids there sometimes the line is out the door. I understand that they are busy but if the owner is reading this please make sure whenever somebody calls in to place an order that the Employees are making sure they place The order immediately Not waiting after the line Goes down first. I will definitely be going back to eat here. My daughter and I eat here almost twice per week if not more. We love your food and will continue to keep going back. Thank you for reading...

I frequent this boba shop with my kids a lot and never had this bad of an issue before.

1; Management is horrible now, not sure if they recently changed managers or not but the girl that claims to be manager now (Tiffany, after asking one of her employees) gossips about other employees and over all has horrible customer service skills. Not fit to be a manager. 2; A girl with colorful hair and facial piercings and another girl was also gossiping about other people and using a lot of vulgar language and kept going on her phone not being productive. My kids have had issues with this girls a lot of times already, she is unfit to work at a register and is super vulgar and uses a lot of curse words very loud. Food and drinks are good but I will NOT! be going back because the employee's are out of control now more than they were before. I really hope the owner takes action immediately and changes his employees behavior or just hires better people more fit...
