Came in with my 3 young children. Was sat right next to the bar that was extremely loud. We placed our order and it was read back to us. We could barely hear due to the lively bar. They brought my husband the wrong dish. When made aware the server snobbish responded that she read us back our order and went into the back. About 5 minutes later she informed us that they would remake it but it was our fault that because she read back the order. Our appetizers came significantly after our meal including my husband's remade meal. We were brought out 2 spoons for a total of 3 phos. Waters never refilled. We get the check and there are 2 extra meals and an extra beverage on our tab. We were also charged one item as a pad thai instead of a thai fried rice. When I notified the person checking out my order there was snark comments from the horrendous server including "those are both the same price". As a regular customer paying a tab exceeding $100 each time, I was offered absolutley nothing to rectify the issue. Sadly, that the quality of service has deteriorated so significantly. We will not be returning.

This is a great Thai restaurant! Food was great. Plenty of menu options. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There isn't a large amount of seating and the tables are a bit small; especially when you take into account that the condiment tray takes up ~1/4 of the table. If you have a larger build, I wouldn't suggest the booths, because they are pretty small. That being said, there are plenty of condiments on the table! (Fish sauce, jalapeños, soy sauce, spice powder, pepper paste, sriracha, and salt, if I recall correctly.) The decor is pretty nice and place is clean. The noise level was pretty high and they had their system running a local pop station...so a bit distracting as far as ambiance.

I have eaten here a few times over the years, usually with colleagues. While there are large portions, at its best, the food is only mediocre; at its worst, the food is barely edible. This was the case in our last visit in which the chicken in one of the dishes tasted refrigerated, reheated and had an unpleasant aftertaste. The other dish was fine. Booths in this restaurant are too constricted, and they try to pack too many customers in at the same time. Service is good and responsive. Since work events regularly happen here, I know I will return, but I wouldn't choose to come here on my own.

Extremely expensive and unaccommodating staff/owner. (My waitress was sweet) I ordered my food and asked if I can get a Thai tea. 10 min later my food came out but I hadnt received my tea. I waited til I was almost done with my food (trying to be patient) before I asked my waitress when my tea can be expected to come out. She apologized and brought it out. By that time, we were done with our lunch and I asked if she can pack it to go. She brought it back and I really didn’t like the taste. It was watered down and I assume maybe because it was sitting out awhile since it took some time to come out. I told the waitress she can take it back because i just didn’t like the taste. She said she can ask the manager. She came back and told me the manager said no and that they cannot remake it either. I went to the register and was given my bill only to realize my Thai tea was a whopping $8.50!!! I was in disbelief. I asked the manager myself if it can be removed from my bill - you would think she’d do that for me considering It came out at the end of my meal - and it was extremely watered down. She said no can do, and also couldn’t remake it for me. I told her I will not be paying for the tea, and let her know once it is removed, I can pay for my dinner. She then called the owner and the owner said remove it but never return. I laughed thinking “now why the hell would I ever come back here!” I will say waitress was sweet - manager and owner not so much. Extremely greedy. I told my waitress I am so sorry you have to work for...

Very rude worker! We're customers and patrons even after we pay our bill, you can't just take our money and then push us out the door like we're cattle!

We ordered 3 items: wings, green curry, and mussels. The food was good and we were quite happy with the taste. However none of dishes came with rice. A single serving of rice costs $4.50! For a single serving of plain jasmine rice!

That was surprisingly but not a major issue. It was the service. The moment we got in a girl (mid 20s, a little heavy set, asian) was rude when she asked us “do you want to eat here or to go?” No smile, didn’t look happy at all, like she didn’t like like people or working there or both.

After our meal as soon as my brother paid the bill she came to our table and reached for my cup of water as I was trying to get a sip of water and looked annoyed at me. Like she was fed up. Then as my brother was boxing up our leftovers, she with her unpleasant face, didn’t think he was boxing it up fast enough and told him she could do it

It wasn’t even that busy, they had 3 or 4 open tables. The second we paid, she jumped on our table. We weren’t sitting there talking either, we ourselves were in a rush and had a long drive back home ahead of us

One of the rudest experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I guess that’s service we get these days from this generation of kids in the...
