Starbucks — Restaurant in Mercedes

It was my first time in this store with high expectations cause I’ve never had a bad experience at any Starbucks before. I went with my grandmother on Wednesday, the cashier was really friendly, he helped my grandma to choose her drink and also spoke really good spanish (cause my grandma doesn’t know english) i don’t remember the cashier’s name but he was really nice, even if the place was kind of crowded. In other hand, the baristas were not that friendly… they gave us our order and my grandma didn’t like the coffee because it was too strong for her, so she talked to them in spanish and the baristas looked at her in a very derogatory way and didn’t say a word to her. I expected that they would tell her that they don’t speak spanish but as i told before they didn’t say nothing back, so I had to intervene in the conversation to told them to put some sugar in my grandma’s coffee. I don’t know if the guys weren’t in the mood but it’s not an excuse because the cashier was friendly as i told before. Also the coffee didn’t taste good like any other...

Today my kids and I went to this new Starbucks after all the hype it got. I ordered a cappuccino and when I got the product it was not what I ordered at all. I told the barista that it wasn't what I ordered and she was very rude and kept arguing with me and all she offered to remedy the situation was add milk to my drink? Not even to remake it or make something else. I was very upset that we waited in the line, paid the outrageous prices, only to get a drink that was awful. I will never go back to this Starbucks, maybe Starbucks in general. I am now a loyal Dutch...

Did not know how to run a credit card as credit when the debit option kept coming up. I then used a debit card and it was run as credit. The manager told the cashier there was nothing they could but other locations have handled this before. Unhappy with the lack of service provided for this problem. It wasn’t even busy so the manager and cashier could have learned to figure this out, as they should have not blamed...
