This is really two businesses (Thyme Kitchen and Catering) in a storefront that probably can't support two businesses. I say that watching this place get slammed Saturday and setting chaos in sue. Little odd things I witnessed like drinks out of the same refrigerator having to be purchased from one business, while other drinks out the same refrigerator needing to be purchased at the other, which is odd and inconvenient especially when there's huge lines.

That said, the wait for coffee was a little long, as was for the food. The wait was worth it though, great coffee, and the food was delicious as well, albeit our potatoes were burnt beyond recognition in some spots.

Seating is outside, unshaded under a pergola, which is nice on a regular day, but would be terrible on any hot day.

There's some growing and streamlining these places (Hallowed Grounds and Thyme) will have to do to keep up with the demand and volume of customers. I hope they can do so because they together have a fantastic product.
