Terrible experience. After trying their hot wings at a friend's house one day, I ordered 10 hot wings and 10 BBQ wings. When our order was delivered we were given 20 fried wings with sauce on the side. I called and let them know there must have been a mix up and the guy immediately became hostile on the phone. "I am the owner and I took your order. You did not say you wanted fresh wings." I explained that I had the wings before and they didn't come like they had this time around. He continued to explain that unless I specified I wanted "fresh wings" that they serve Wing Dings, which I am assuming are the fried wings we received. Note that when I called and made the order they never clarified if I wanted Wing Dings or "fresh wings". I have never had to call a place and specifically say "fresh wings" to get actual chicken wings with sauce on them. After explaining this, again the self proclaimed owner became hostile and said he "isn't going to lose money" by giving us what we had ordered. I can't understand why, as a business owner, you wouldn't want to make sure your customer has a positive experience over what was a misunderstanding that could have been avoided had they asked from what I think is a rather simple question when taking our order. Read more1st off I order from Pronto on a regular basis. I order thru Slice app. I can't count how many times the driver has forgotten my soda and I am normally ok with him going back to store and getting it. Tonight they forgot my soda amd my extra blue cheese. I paid for both these things. I had already told the driver about my soda and then realized after he left I was missing the extra blue cheese. I called the store and the gentleman who answered asked someone there and tried to imply that they gave me extra blue cheese. It was definitely not in order. This upset me that someone would act like I'm calling to get an additional blue cheese. I then mentioned my soda being a reoccurring theme and the gentleman made the excuse we are busy and orders get messed up and if I'm dissatisfied I could drive up there and get it. Read moreThe experiences i have had with this establishment is not okay. Whoever answers the phone & takes orders are very rude. This is my second & last time ordering from them. They give false delivery times with me being in very very close proximity to the store.. Yet when i call to get an update, they are rude & even just earlier the owner hung up on me before saying they already left. I live too close for my pizza and fries to be cold and hard. they told me 30-35 mins and it came in a hour. My first experience was worst, they took 1 hour and 20 minutes after saying it would only be 45. I wish i could have a better review however they really need to work on professionalism, especially from paying (tipping)...
