BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

Today is 4/3/2021 at 11 am EST. I usually get my Coffee from the other store located in East Lansing on Grand River. However, I sometimes stop by the close BB Coffee shop close to me on Lake Lansing. My experiences with Barista in this store is so bad in terms of service. I asked for a specific drink, they alway said we don't serve this drink. and they seems to ignore me while I am trying to explain my drink ( it's not a rocket science) it's just express and milk foam. One time the manger was there and I asked for the same drink and I was served. next day, I asked for the same drink I have got the same response from the barista :). Every order I have ever placed has always been wrong. I ordered 2 chai latte's and was given steamed milk with an unbearable amount of honey and no chai. The drinks are very inconsistent, and parts of the drinks are always missing. For example, the tea from a tea latte, a bigger straw for a boba drink, the lemon slice for a drink, etc. If I order more than 1 thing, I'm given only 1 of the item and then I have to wait in line again to order a second one again. I’ve been coming to this store, or others managed by this particular owner for decades. (She’s wonderful. And the team at this store is decent.).

But perhaps they haven’t noticed that I haven’t been back in two months.

Why?

That’s a great question your corporate office can field. They managed to turned one of your most loyal customers away.

And absolutely ZERO follow-up. In two months. Despite specifically reaching out to the owner via the office.
