Grand Grillin — Restaurant in East Lansing

Grand Grillin is a top tier Family Restaurant, with exceptional service that goes above and beyond for their customers! The food is amazingly delicious, I ordered a combo meal with the fiesta wrap, and my partner ordered a Zesty bowl, it was so good! Vicki the owner is as sweet and honorable as can be. She ensured the business made up for and corrected a very small mistake. My order through DoorDash was missing a side Cesar salad and sauces, and within less than a half hour of calling the restaurant about the mistake, Vicki herself made it a point to personally deliver the missing items to my house and did far more than just rectify the mistake but went several steps further that can’t be acknowledged enough by me! She far surpassed our expectations in how they made up for it. When I say I could cry I’ve never had a business be so forgiving about a simple mistake made, above and beyond is an understatement so I highly suggest...

Food was really good. I had the buffalo wrap and the wife had the Greek wrap. I would say the pricing was what the average is anywhere else’s you would go. The wedges and fries were fantastic as well.

The only 2 things I have to complain about are these.

I would have really like to see what the calories were per meal. I am currently watching what I eat ( mostly calorie intake ). This may not be a big deal to others but it was frustrating for me.

A couple of staff members had their kids there hanging out in the lobby. They had there tablets out playing games and making a bit to much noise. For me when I am out I would like to enjoy my conversation I am having rather than being distracted by kids making to much noise. Again this is a pet peeve of mine and may not be an issue for others.

Food was fantastic so going forward I will just get my food to go rather than stay...

My daughter and I ate lunch here today and it was wonderful! I think we found our new lunch spot when I visit her at school. The menu was varied, interesting, and had many options that sounded so good that it was hard to make a choice. They have pitas, wraps, bowls and more. The warm parm pita triangles were so good. The table next to us had a big pile of the house made potato chip/wedge things that looked soooo good! The food was fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and Vicki the owner was awesome. They also had a great selection of House of Flavors ice cream. The restaurant was clean and decorated very tastefully with a cute outdoor dining area.
