Placed an online order at Lake Lansing PH at 10:34pm. Got a confirmation that my order would be ready at 10:50pm. Arrived at PH at 10:50 Parked in front of PH walked to QD to grab a drink and give the the ppl a few extra minutes. Walked into pizza hut about 10:55pm. Seen a kid walking around working. We made eye contact, no acknowledgement on the kids behalf. He continued doing whatever he was doing. I was looking around, seemed he was only person working. I observed there was a pizza box on the counter and another pizza box open on top of that other box. Finally, after another 5 minutes, at 11pm the kid walked to the front, greeted me, asked if I was picking up an order. I said yes. He got my name. Looked in the Heater thing, went to the counter seem my pizza was sitting on the counter, realized my order was half done, apologized to me and started immediately began to attempt to complete my order. I walked back out to my car (The entire time I was in the parking lot with my child there was a white car in the parking lot with ita interior lights in. I thought that was a bit off.) and sat another 13 minutes. Walked back into the building, the kid acknowledged me again. I asked him if he was the only one working. He pointed and said his manager was on a 20 minute phone call. Seriously, I didn't see the man at all until the kid pointed him out. Which at that point made sense on why the kid took forever to greet me, he assumed his manager greeted me. I have no issue with this kid. He was kind and polite. For that I am thankful. However once the manager got off the phone he cam over. He asked if was there for a pick up. I explained, yes. Gave him my name. He grabbed 1 of my pizzas from the heater and I explained that I was waiting on my second pizza because my order was not completed when it should have been. The manager asked the kid what happened, (what happened was the manager was caked up on call and didn't communicate with his employee what needed to be done. Not the kids fault) I explained all of the above to the manager. I told the manager that the pizza that was completed was already sitting there, done for 25 minutes, the other was in the oven, etc. This is your store, how do you not know what's going on? The manager told the kid to remake the pizzas. And I had to explain how I already waited damn near 30 minutes after my confirmation time and my I was not waiting any longer. The manager said (in a argumentative tone of voice with an eye roll), "oh no, I wasn't on the phone that long." Oh, but you were guy. I thought this poor kid was the only one working, alone. If I parked in the parking lot at 10:50, went to the store walked into pizza hut, waited for someone to acknowledge me, went back out to my car and sat until 11:13, had a conversation with the kid than you came from around the corner, wasted time telling you everything that happened, that was probably another 5 minutes so I left 11:18 round that to about 11:20 when the tall guy who had been sitting in the parking lot finally walked in. I mean... I had to say I am not waiting, have a good guys and walked out. Seriously, whoever the kid is should would've worked that store better the the manager. Maybe he should be manager. Poor customer service. Not saying customers are always right but check you cameras sir... don't waste your time here at this location. It's not worth...

She left my (the only black person waiting on food) wings out, uncovered as she & other employees reached back & forth over it, I even saw her BARE pinky finger fall in my wings & sauce & she acted as if I wasn't watching. She IMMEDIATELY boxed ALL the white ppl orders who waited. When I asked if that was proper technique? She rudely replied YES, IT WAS! I looked at her & she asked if I wanted new wings, I said YES, PLEASE. She grabbed the box, pizza included & tossed it hard against the wall in the trash. I asked why she threw my pizza away & she said because it was in the box. She went to the back & told a guy to remake the pizza who had just came from the stock room. He began making my pizza with NO gloves. Lora went around the corner and I had already decided I wanted a refund. I asked the other cashier who the HEAD manager was & she said, Lora. She never apologized & it seemed she didn't respect my time & gas to drive across town, the time I waited past my order time & she did it mainly because I'm black!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreBe VERY carefu!!! I ordered online for delivery. I waited for a while and it didn't come I called Pizza Hut and they said it had been put in as a pickup order which I did not. He said that was okay he would correct it and I would have a credit on my account to order another time. I had also corresponded with customer service at the main Pizza Hut corporation. About a week later I wanted to order my pizza so I called and the person that answered the phone was actually the manager who had taken my previous call and remembered me he said he would get that right out to me. I never got it or any communication from them. I contacted corporate again and was referred back to the main store. I tried to cancel the charge but at this point it's already been a couple weeks because I shouldn't have been patient. I have never been able to contact a person at the corporate office and the manager of the Pizza Hut in East Lansing has two times evidently lied to me and never followed through and I've never gotten a credit.
