Well this place needs to be re managed. Went through drive through at 8:15pm today and was told by drive through attendant that the store was put of chicken. (Kfc-kentucky fried CHICKEN) We then asked "well do u have any other food" and was told by the attendant, "you should have came earlier" in rude remark back. Then after we pulled off, the drive through attendant took 3 people after. If the restaurant was out of food then why did they serve customers after me. I was very upset and disappointed at your restaurants customers service. When my husband called the restaurant, the drive through attendant answered the one and my husband asked to speak with a manager. He was waiting for a manager to come to the phone and while waiting, the attendant was taking drive through orders (even after we were told they were out of food). When the guy came back to the phone after 10 minutes he said, "what do you want?" Mt husband then replied, " I was waiting to speak with a manager". Then the guy (drive through attendant), said I am the manager what do u want. My husband asked for the name of the man on the phone and was then hung up on. He called back and the guy answered then hung up. After that, someone unhooked the phone at the restaurant because the call would not go through. If you are needing a manager to come apply and take over. I wormed at multiple restaurants and I am capable to manage this restaurant and have available food for our customers during opening hours. You can find my resume on indeed. I hope you resolve the ongoing issues with this restaurant so that you can give your customers better customer service when coming to spend money at your...
Read moreMy name is Stephen Alexander and I love the grilled chicken and the green beans, so despite the consistently poor service, I will likely return.
But as a patron for the last 5 years, I have a theory. I am convinced that the owners have written off this location, maybe as a tax write off, maybe as a misdirected attempt at philanthropy. Not surprisingly though, just giving a few individuals jobs with little mentoring and without investing in their training (or the location, for that matter) only sets them up to fail, or at the least, doesn't help them realize their full potential.
I see the same few individuals working seemingly regardless of what time I come in, and as others have mentioned, there is frequently something wrong with my order. I've had the pleasure of frequenting across several managers and while I'm hopeful the current young lady will oversee an improved customer experience, I am convinced that a lack of investment is creating an environment of mediocrity.
Regarding the prevalence of low food counts (can't fill orders or the customer has to wait) I imagine there is a disproportionate emphasis on waste; which again speaks to inadequate investment. If Google allowed me to include pics, I would take the time to illustrate minimal investment opportunities that would compliment raised employee and cleanliness expectations and subsequently improve customer experiences and quality employee retention.
Until the owners decide to invest in this location, I will avoid drive through, inspect every order, not recommend to my friends and family, and call in my orders...
Read moreI went through the drivethru window to buy a large side of mashed potatoes. The price on the board was around $4.75 but the price I was quoted was around $5.25. The teller said there was a price increase and refused to sell me the potatos at the advertised price. I told him this was against the law and he said it was company policy and still refused. I cancelled the order and won't be going back.
This is a clear violation of the law.
