Let's start with the good, decently good subs. Good quantity and quality in the ingredients used. Now for the not so good; stickler about masks and spacing although the way the restaurant is set up they have customers walking through the line to get out of the restaurant once their order is completed. Wouldn't be that way but they have tables stacked against the counter. Also the way they handle spacing people out was quite rude, if I'm in a group walk in as a group it should be obvious I am comfortable standing close to them, I'm not close to you or other customers leave me be. Always good sandwiches but I was in Okemos and tried to call ahead to order and no one answered the phone. When I got to Jersey giant they were out of bread so I called again this time someone answered. So I asked if they were baking the bread or getting it delivered and when it was going to be done and all I got was a rude and sassy.
