Subway — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

I can join the band wagon and slam this place, but here is why I will not. First of all I did have to repeat my self 2 times about bread and kind of sub, sub was made wrong per listed on board of ingredient's that come on sub, watched her scrape the sides of guacamole dish just to get about 1 tablespoon of guac, the sign said avacado slices on sub not guac, was short changed by 30.00. Went back a couple hours after I noticed it and was told that I was wrong. I proceeded to tell her that manager can contact me after they close and see till is 30.00 over. She counted till at this time and found an extra 30.00 and apologized about this and that went a long way in todays nobody is wrong world. I stopped here, they did not invite me, I am thankful this place is there since I was hungry and they made me close to what I wanted. Bottom line is this, we all mess up and drop the ball at times, this place like most places are having a hard time finding workers, pass on kindness and a little patience for those who did show up. I went in last night at 8:35/8:40pm. The two employees were in the back and I could here they utter contempt coming from their “UGH” as my son and I walked in. Clearly they were ready to not have any more customers or make a mess in their clean store. They didn’t have many choices of bread left and that was completely understandable. However when I ordered a meatball sub one of the guys said they were out. And I was like wow okay as he proceeded to say well if you didn’t get here at closing time you know it is after 8:30pm and we close at 9:00pm. I said forget it I’ll go somewhere else. Then when I asked for their names they started arguing with me asking why I wanted their names and again I said forget it the owner will know who was scheduled on November 16 at 8:35pm. This was my first time in this store and will most definitely be my last! What an example to set for my 11 year old. Shame on them and shame on you for employing individuals...

Worst fast food experience ever!!!!! The workers were slow, I had to repeat myself multiple times on what I wanted cause they didn't understand me or something. Asked for two of my subs to be toasted and they didn't taste nor look toasted. The lettuce, pickles and tomatoes all looked kinda nasty just by looking at them. The mayo tasted like it had been sitting at room temp for way too long like it went bad. The pickles tasted weird. They employees clearly don't know how to cut the subs without squashing it plus looked like they need new knifes. They just piled everything into the sub instead of neatly placing the meat on top and the veggies on the bottom. The best looking thing I got was the cheese pizza for my 2 year old.
