I HAVE HAD SEVERAL bad experiences here. The first time they forgot dipping sauces that I requested. That sucked but not a super huge deal

These were drive through issues by the way.

The SECOND time around, I ordered a bacon cheese burger and onion rings. I was told to pull around to the front because " bacon was being cooked". After about 5 minutes they brought out my order. I drove back to work and opened my bag...NO BURGER ...JUST ONION RINGS. And that folks is what we get for 15 bucks an hour now...DISSAPOINTED

Update...several months later...I DO NOT go here any more. Service was NON EXISTANT. We came in for lunch. Entered into an empty dining room. Nobody ever came to the counter to assist us or take our order. Someone from behind the counter cane forward, walked in front of us and then walked out the door to the parking lot. He did come back in, but still never acknowledged our presence. Others behind the counter just stood there. After roughly 7 minutes, we left and went next door to Subway.

To make it WORSE..I reported this event to the main corporation representative and got back a half hearted response...its like they are not interested in selling food. I am betting they will close their doors soon.

Thank you for your continued and consistent Horrible Services. Thank you for nothing...Just...

I'd have given a 1 star review but the food was ok. I go in to order a special as shown on one of their mailers, burger, fries and a root beer in one of their frosty, glass mugs. The cashier hands me a cardboard cup. I let her know the special showed the glass mug to which she said, "no, I'll have to back off the sale, refund you the money and ring it up again with $6 for the mug". I replied, "all I want is what your picture said would be coming". She acted like she didn't hear and merely repeated herself. I asked for the special as illustrated yet once again, to which a couple of folks in line began laughing at the poor cashier. After things got just a little more ridiculous she gave me a glass mug in a "to-go" bag. "Here, it's yours

7/31/23 10:32 am. Yes they just opened and I was expecting a wait for the food. BUT The Classic chicken sandwich I ordered came as two THIN chicken strips on a bun ☹️. Why they thought this would be ok to charge me full price for a sandwich that was lazily made with a cheaper product is ridiculous. If you needed to cook the piece of chicken Breast I would have waited a little longer than I was already had to. IF you just don't have the item I ordered A Conversation should have been had first. I was the only person in the drive through and they had me wait around the corner for my food anyway. Definitely had time to cook the piece of chicken breast. Customer service is a must when there are at least five other fast food places within a block and...
