On Sept 17, 2022, as any other day, the location at 4825 8th St in Meridian, MS had 6 vehicles pulled up in drive through. I pulled in, and walked inside. I asked them if they were out of food, since everyone was being pulled up. She rudely replied "No", and walked away from the counter. My question was very valid, considering the situation. I spoke to a customer that had just received two small bags of food from front counter. The lady said that she had been waiting nearly an hour for her small order. I have several years of previous experience in the fast food industry; and people would be getting fired and replaced for this lack of attentiveness and rudeness towards their jobs. I'm willing to bet that the the daily/weekly labor percentage reports are sky high and inventory shortages monthly. I'd guess that the labor percentages are probably around 20-22%, based on the amount of time wasted, and the customers that leave empty handed. There seriously needs to be something done about this location. This isn't my first attempt at reporting the failure of this location, as being unsatisfactory would be an understatement. I spoke with corporate concerning the continuous poor operation at this location, and am looking forward to speaking to either the owner, regional manager, or both. It would be a pleasure to see this location under better management and crew. It doesn't make a difference what time of day; this store will always seem to be caught holding on orders. The job isn't difficult; and the current employees struggle to fill orders, even when there are only three vehicles in the line.    Read moreI am in such disbelief! I haven’t stopped by this Burger King in almost TWO YEARS, because of how bad it used to be! I was looking to see what I wanted for lunch yesterday and I saw that there were a lot of cars pulling and in out of this location! I decided to go see what the hype was about! I went inside, the lobby was packed, but the customers were there complaining. I asked one guy if was there a wait time, and he told me there wasn’t, the staff was just understaffed and had a lot of customers. He also said that the staff were very friendly and that they were cooking all of the food fresh. A few more customers decided to join in our conversation and they all had good things to say about these workers. I decided to place my order and wait as well! The young lady who took my order, seemed like she was overwhelmed, but she did NOT ONCE, let that big smile turn into a frown! She was very nice and patient, with all of her customers, along with the other two employees she had! I asked her who the store manager over this location and my God, she said she was! She looked too young to be a store manager, but she held her position VERY WELL! I instantly fell in love with her customer service and dedication to serving all of her customers in a timely & courteous manner! I got my food, it was HOT, FRESH, and SEASONED! I will be returning to this location, hoping that I receive this same service every time! With that young lady being there, this location will make big changes! I will pray for her to be successful!    Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews, but i really just had to leave one today! I always hear alot of bad things about this restaurant and sometimes have small issues, but the friendless of the workers is what keeps me coming back! The food has gotten better, as it seems that they are under new management! You can always tell when the right manager is inside the store, because the workers work differently! I asked some questions and found out that the store is in fact under new management and the young ladies that are operating it now, are very dedicated to turning this store around! I see them working very hard to please the customers. The young GM that is in charge now is very respectful and has great customer service! If only she would have been taken over, there wouldn’t be as much work that needs to be done. I saw her hopping around in all different positions during a lunch rush, trying to help her entire crew. When she got to me to take my order, i told her to catch her breath and that I wanted to speak with her. I will not disclose everything that we spoke about, but I am very proud of her and I am rooting for her! She made sure my food was hot and fresh and she served me with a smile and offered me a crown!
