I was treated very badly here. When I pulled up my window was down as i was waiting for the person in front of me to order. I heard the girl over the speaker and she sounded very sweet and enthusiastic. When i pulled up to the box she greated me sweetly and asked what i would like. I told her i had two separate orders and immediately she became very curt and annoyed. My friend is allergic to onions but she really wanted the #18 (double cheese burger, fries, onion rings, and a cookie). I asked the girl if i could get no onions on the burger and she audibly sighed and said fine. I then asked if it was possible to sub the onionrings for another fry but if not then it was okay. She snapped at me saying "We are not able to sub anything in the box meals! You can choose a different meal without onion rings." I again told her that its fine, it wasnt a big deal. I then finished my order and was told the totals and to go to the window. (Not politely if i might add) I pulled up to the window and she just asks for my cards to pay for the meals. After handing me the cards and the drinks she asks "Do you want the onion rings or not?" I said "yes its fine ill deal with those later." She hands me the boxes and I attempt to ask for sauces but before I can finish my question the window shuts quite harshly. I assume that she maybe didnt hear me so i wait. After about 5 minutes she comes to the window and tells me that im holding up the line and that i need to move. I attempted to ask for sauces again and the window closed before i could finish my sentence. Frustrated I pulled around and walked inside and up to the counter where a young man was standing around. I said "hey can i get some sauces, i didnt get them at the window." I didnt put anyone under the bus or complain i just asked for the sauces. He walked away to the girl at the window. They conversed for a couple seconds and the young man went to theback and never returned. I had to return to work so I left without my sauces but feeling very upset. Ive worked in fast-food and good customer service is essential to running a successful business. You never let the customer see your frustration or annoyance. That goes for any business really. Just needed to vent. Thanks...
Read moreMy friends and I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 items and requested that they be rung up separately. The cashier- Kelsey W is the name on the receipt- was extremely unfriendly, bordering hostile from the get go. She went away to run our debit cards, came back, and handed us two receipts and one debit card and went back for our order. When she returned, we thanked her and asked if we could get the other card back. She stated very bluntly that she gave it back to us and we dropped it. This went back and forth for a while and instead of looking she insisted that we check our car and watched us search the vehicle. Upon finding nothing (because she didn't give the card back) she accused us of dropping it outside and had us look. Still nothing. She aggressively argued that it was impossible for it to be her fault because the cards never leave her hand. We begged that she just look inside and she turned around briefly and said it wasn't there and walked off in a huff. Another girl came to the window and conversed with us with a similar attitude and we asked to talk to the manager. "I am the manager." While she was bickering with us, Kelsey W. came back into view with my debit card in hand, turned her back to us, refusing to acknowledge us, and handed the card to the manager who then gave it back. Neither offered any form of apology or humility. This is not a small error. These employees were blatantly refusing to return a customer's debit card. This was hands down the worst service I have ever had because aside from the slew of hostility and blame and refusal to admit error, I have never ever had an institution refuse to give me back money...
Read moreI went in to the drive thru last night & I will never in my life go back to that location. I also find it very interesting upper management only replies to 4-5 star reviews and every bad review goes unnoticed because quality fast food service does not exist at the Eagle location next to Arby’s. I waited 25 mins for a burger n a shake w some onion rings ; both people who took my order and gave me my food had so much dirt on their hands and under their fingernails & do not show proper hygiene or representation in the food industry. I myself work in Boise at a fast food restaurant, and it makes me so happy not one single crew member of mine displays the lack of urgency and disrespect shown at the Eagle location. My burger was smashed and poorly made , I’ve eaten at many different Carl’s Jr. and that burger made last night was a middle finger to my decision of coming there. The burger itself looked so disappointing for $9??? On top of it all , my milkshake wasn’t even ice cream , it was a chocolate milk consistency and my onion rings were dry and had no flavor whatsoever. I strongly feel like Carls Jr has given up on this location because every time I’ve gone here , it’s nothing but a bad experience & I hope this restaurant gets torn down and something more profitable & professional takes over because the employees are nothing but crack heads & inexperienced employees for a fast...
