I have now been to this location many times as a walk-in customer, a drive through customer, and as a pickup & delivery driver. I have also been to the other Meridian location at the Village. The location at the Village is ALWAYS a five star because of their food consistency, order accuracy, friendliness, SPEED OF SERVICE, and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PROBLEM RESOLUTIONS at a non-management level. I know that the Innovation/Vanguard location is new. So I understand that with time, the little links will get worked out. But laziness and rudeness have nothing to do with that. I often see a lack of teamwork when it comes to speed and productivity here. I also hear allot of “pre-programmed responses” like, “Your order is almost ready.” When in reality, sometimes it hasn’t even been started. Does it take 10-15 minutes to make a couple of shakes? Think about that one. My family and I were so excited when you first opened because you’re only five minutes from my house. It’s too bad that I have to give your location a one star because of its lack of productivity and customer awareness. Read moreFood seems to be pretty consistent to other locations but the customer service is definitely below par at the Ten Mile location. Don’t normally feel compelled to review but since we live close by and frequent this location I thought I’d share my experiences. Although this is a new location and training definitely takes time, customer service has consistently been an issue. This current time I felt so awkward ordering since the young gentleman taking my order just stared at me after giving him my name. He seems completely annoyed that I was there and seemed to hurry me through the process. I love speed in the drive thru but this was on the verge of rude. When I was done ordering it I pulled forward to the miss who was giving receipts and she didn’t even look up and said, “you’re good.”
We’ve also been to this location 7 different times and out of those times our order was taken wrong 2 different times. Those making the food and greeting at the window do a good job usually. Definitely makes us not want to come back. Hopefully things...
Read moreI was very disappointed at this Chick-fil-A location, to start with the food, the mac & cheese was very dry, and there was very little pickles on my sandwich, and the fries were crispy of fryer oil. the time of service, and the lack of customer service brought this review down quite a bit. this is about the third time. I have tried this location since it has opened up, out of all of those times it was not busy in the drive-through or lobby, however, it still took over 30 minutes to get my order placed and to get it given to me. I understand employees may still be getting trained, however, at this point, the speed of service should be a bit faster. The customer service skills lacked very much, everyone seemed tired and exhausted, and all acted like they hated their jobs. If you are craving Chick-fil—a, I would recommend going to the other location on Eagle Road rather than this one, because that location their service is excellent, and their speed is on top of it.
