Went in tonight 1/28/15 around 7:35pm, pulled up to the drive-thru handed the cashier my card. The girl at the window very rudely blurted out " Oh we don't take American Express" ( Keep in mind that I go to this Diary Queen 3 times or more a week. Last visit was not even a week prior to this ). I responded with "since when ? I was just here not even a week ago and you accepted my card no problem" She insisted " No sorry we don't " One of the other girls working the window turned around and looked at the girl holding my card, like she had 3 heads and very sternly tells her that they do in fact take American Express. They banter back and forth. The supervisor working, shouts from across the other side of the kitchen " NO WE DON'T, IT IS DISCOVER THAT WE TAKE !!! WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS, TRUST ME OKAY, IF IT IS A DISCOVER THEN WE CAN TAKE IT, WHAT KIND OF CARD IS IT ?? !!! The girl at the window responds with " American Express !? " and then managers says " THEN WE DO NOT TAKE IT, WE CAN GET IN TROUBLE " And proceeds to yell at the 2 girls. One was saying they do that she has seen some button on how to do it, one was saying they don't. Then the girl, holding my card says " Well what should I do then ? " and looks around to the supervisor, who I then recognized as the same man who took my order and my card the last time I was in. I informed the girl at the window that " Your manager took my order and my card the last time I was in here, he took my card " The supervisor then states " I mean we can take it, but we're not suppose to because we can get in trouble." The supervisor walks over to the window and says " Just so you know from now on we are not allowed to take American Express, management will not allow us to anymore, we can get in trouble ". I said " Oookkk ?? And what is your managers name ?" He tells me. In which I ask when they will be in " He rudely tells me that he can not tell me that information, but I can try to call tomorrow" I follow back with "okay, thank you" Before I could finish my sentence he slams the drive-thru window. I will NEVER EVER go back to this poorly run, poorly managed restaurant again. Buyers beware. You can go to another ice cream store in town, without fear of getting caught in a 3 way battle with a "supervisor" Ice cream is good but the service is absolutely horrifying. Not...

First of all, it's sad that there has to be a note posted on the counter to be patient as most of the employees are on their first job and learning! We have all had to start somewhere and learn somehow! Have some patience, people!
Yes, we waited for about 15 minutes to get our blizzards. However, there were 4 staff members and the drive thru and lobby were busy! These young employees were busting their butts and getting customers taken care of as quick as they could. Not one of them complained, not one of them gave up. They kept going and doing the best they could to keep up.
Kudos to the kids working that evening and not giving up! Things can only run so fast when there isn't a full staff. At least they showed up and hustled!

I had got the chicken basket and a blizzard. I had ordered my food got my blizzard first then someone came out to ask if me and my boyfriend had ordered I said yes thank you and told her what I had got. There were no one cooking in the back I had waited over 5 minutes for my food and by the time I got it the only thing that was hot was the gravy. I didn't even get the toast witch isn't a big deal but when you had a long day at work and all you wanted was that chicken basket that wasn't even hot. My blizzard didn't even really taste good and I paid $10 for all of that. I'm truly disappointed in the service. They had 5 people plus standing around in the front just talking and no one cooking.
