Dusty Rose Reserve — Restaurant in Meridian

My husband and I visited Dusty Rose Reserve last night. Expecting a great experience based on all of the previous reviews. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When we arrived on a Friday night, the restaurant was not very busy, only about five tables held small groups of customers. Counter service was courteous, and helpful, but the rest of the experience deteriorated after that. We waited over 20 minutes for our food to be delivered and when it arrived, it was mostly cold. Portion sizes are disappointing, especially for the sides. Other tables started complaining about the wait time for their meals as well. Perhaps this was just an off night, however, I'm not sure that we'll be back since the overall experience just didn't...

I was there for John Schied’s Finally Friday meetup and had an incredible time with Danny Smith and Teresa Copeland. The vibe was amazing, the drinks were top-notch, and the food was spot on.

Good news ... HUGE wall of draft beers. The sandwiches and wraps come with a side even though not listed on their menu. . Bad news ... if you don't pick which side, they're going to choose for you! . Great news ... they were able to swap out the side quickly, and I got a beautiful side salad! Only Rosie working up front, but she was able to handle my situation with a smile and still stay on top of her game with all the other customers. . So-so news ... sodas are served in a can for take-out, no cups and lids. . Final news ... located on the end of a shopping plaza with plenty of close, free parking. I would return when I had more time to stay, and try more...
