Poor service and training! This Sonic gets it wrong most of the time. Not expecting fine dining when grabbing Sonic, but would love order correct at least some of the time! They have 3 times now given me a footlong all American dog when I ordered a #7 Footlong Coney, no where on the menu (below) is a #7 an all American dog! When I ask them about it, they blame their system and really do not take responsibility, nor do they appear to be making steps to correct the issue. They routinely miss cheese tator tots order and give plain tator tots as well. I do not ever have this much trouble at other locations.
Things wrong with Today's order:
Ordered #7 chili cheese coney got a footlong All American dog. Ordered 1 large and 2 medium "Cheese" tator tots and got 2 medium non cheese tator tots and was completely missing my large cheese tator tots all together. Person could not hear on intercom and we had to finally go up to window to get them to correct sweet tea to unsweetened tea. I was told yeah we made a mistake, but should be happy I got over 30 bucks of free food, not something I want to be told as I do not want 30 bucks of wrong food I do not like. Had to drive all the way back up to location for a refund and no offer to fulfill my original order, but to give me free chili cheese tots, which strangely was never even something I ordered in the original order, so do not know why that was offered?
I would urge any Sonic lovers to find another better...
Read moreGot a simple order and they said it would be right out. 10 mins go by and a car hop comes out and asks if what we ordered. I told him and looked at the food on his tray and it looked like my order. He said someone ordered from stall 1 and left but it looked exactly like mine. After a minute of just standing their thinking about God knows what, he just up and left. I figured it might not be my order so whatever. After about 20 minutes I call them back again and tell them I haven't received my food and they said they couldn't find me. The reason was because someone messed up and put my order under stall 1 when I had been sitting in stall 6 the entire time. Then when I finally did get my food they messed up a simple burger that I asked for no mayo and no mustard, and instead they put only ketchup on it. So I had to go back in and tell them, but when I went in no one was paying attention the counter where I was until I waved at them through their window. Terrible service if they don't even know how to properly put an order for the correct stall and even make a simple burger which the guy confirmed...
Read moreToday was probably the most difficult experience ordering that I've ever had at any Sonic. I always order the same thing. Super sonic double cheeseburger with mustard and no onions. Apparently the girl putting in my order couldn't figure that out. I had to correct her with what she had put on the screen four times. Then to add to that my sandwich came out with no cheese and other errors. The manager came out and returned me the right sandwich. This is the only reason you get two stars instead of one. I didn't ask for anything extra but he offered me a coupon for a free slushie. I told him no thanks I didn't want it, I didn't like the slushies. Maybe a soda or a milkshake, considering those were items that were on my order, would have been more appropriate. He took it back and returned with a coupon for a free small cone. The absolute cheapest thing on the entire menu. I threw it in the trash. I wasn't asking for anything free but if you're going to offer something then, I'll say again, maybe something along the lines of what you ordered would be a little more...
