Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Meridian

I visit this location often as it's right by my ids high school. I've written three reviews on Dutch Bros tonight as they all came up in my suggested places to review, therefore I know I visit too often and have an addiction as I said on my other reviews. I know I need to break it, but it's oh-so-good and the staff is super duper, seriously at all locations and especially this one. They do a very good job trying to get to all the kids in the morning before school and all the parents that need 10 shots of expresso and others starting their commute of the daily grind.

I get an Americano (black coffee) add cream and sweet-n-low and it's only $2.75 and about 50 calories. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too! I like the Bros mainly because of its people. Seriously, I don't know how they hire so many amazing people! Save some for us that need good employees!!

Be sure to get a muffin top-- No, silly, not by drinking the coffee, but just the top of a muffin... yummy GOODNESS!

There are lots of different drinks with their many sugar-free syrups making the guild a little less than going full-on calorie. Oh and Google Dutch Bros secrete menu-- lots more fun stuff like the BOB Marley, Ninja Turtle and much more!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but maybe it will be helpful in making changes for the better... When I pulled up, two female employees were outside chatting and laughing it up, completely ignoring me, their customer. They also had music blaring from inside that was obnoxiously loud. Eventually they separated and one of the girls took my order. When I pulled up to the window there were 4 girls or so who were dancing and laughing, and though not cursing, speaking impolitely and definitely not professionally. I was once again ignored as the employee party inside was clearly the priority. When attention was finally given to me I could hardly hear the girl over the music. However, when my drink arrived she was friendly and said to have a nice day. I should have tasted my hot vanilla caramel latte while at the window, because once I finally did it definitely was not the extra sweet that I asked for. In fact it was hard to distinguish much flavor at all. I have had good experiences at other Dutch Brothers locations, but as for this one I don't plan to come back...

Vista I've gone to the Vista Dutch Brothers consistently for the last nine months unfortunately I had gone to the manager I had my money stolen and mugged and asked if I could have credit till Monday and it was a Saturday when I asked her she told me I could and then I came by that very night to pick one up and then they told me that they didn't serve Indigent and the poor and to go on and they weren't going to give me any coffee for free after I had talked to the manager that morning. I complained and gave them their coffee back and what they did to follow for customer service was not even trying to make it right they Banned Me from all of the Dutch Brothers in Boise. I wouldn't go to Dutch Brothers now if they gave me their coffee free and paid me to drink it. This was the most awful experience of my life and they're so overpriced it's ridiculous. I hope they go out of business when cash goes bad. The owner Brian called me over and over he's nothing but a punk obviously never trained in customer services. Take your coffee and u know what...
