We’ve been buying pizzas from Papa Murphy’s at least once a month for the last 28 years. We have never received a pizza this bad in all those years. We ordered a family size Hawaiian pizza with thin crust, extra sauce, and green peppers on 1/2 of it. When I picked it up I made a comment to the man behind the counter that I didn’t think it was my pizza because it didn’t weigh anything and didn’t have much on it. He just looked at me without saying anything. I said it had my name on it but wasn’t right and I was not happy about it. The man still stood there looking at me, not saying anything. I told him that since my wife had already paid for it online, that I guess I would have to take it and hope for the best, but I’m not happy about it. The man just watched me walk out without saying a word. As far as the pizza- well, it tasted like cardboard. It had already overcooked when my wife did the 10 minute check (usually to rotate it). There just wasn’t hardly anything on it. The center of it had raised up gotten crispy brown because of no cheese (or anything else) on it. Keep in mind that we had ordered extra sauce and added extra green peppers. Needless to say we’re very disappointed in our pizza and I have never seen someone in the service industry be so...
Read moreI love Papa Murphy's pizza, but will not be eating there for a long time, if ever again due to their service. I understand that businesses get busy and people have to wait, but knowing how to handle situations needs to be taught.
My experience happened on Feb. 16th, I went into Papa Murphys on Fairview, it was obviously busy being a holiday. Many people were sitting down after having ordered. I walked up to the counter standing by one of the registers. One girl made eye contact with me but was waiting on the people in drive thru, so I waited. I could hear the door open behind me and so I knew there were others that came in. I stood there patiently waiting. Then a worker walked up to the other register and called the lady up that had just walked in and asked her what she needed. At no time, did he say something like "have you been helped?" or "we are really busy, so i'm not sure who was next in line" etc... I just looked at him, he made eye contact with me and still said nothing, the lady looked my way and didn't say anything like "i'm sorry, were you next?" nothing. I shook my head and left. Sad, mad, disappointed. I love the pizza there and try to eat there a couple of times a month. ...
Read moreDrive thru forgot my salads, came back and was treated rudely by the drive thru attendant and completely ignored by the guys making the pizzas. Was not acknowledged by any of the staff in any way. I tried to approach the drive-through clerk just to mention that that is what I was there for and she literally looked away from me and then completely ignored me for several minutes not even looking at me and then when I was standing over by the other register she said she could help the next person that was in line which she very well knew was me because I was the only one who had been in the store at that time and I said that's me and she looked around like I wasn't there and said again if you can help the next person over there like it would have killed her to walk the two steps over to the other place where I was standing to get the salads that I was there to pick up that I had already paid for. At that time a very rude woman behind me said that I needed to calm down she knew I was hungry and insinuating that I was extremely fat or obese. Very last time I will ever ever go to that...
