Wendy's — Restaurant in Meridian

MUST READ....This is the worst location to visit..My wife and I went there 7/30/22... she's a strict vegatarian... I ordered a double baconator combo meal... they didn't even give me one piece of bacon on my burger. all they gave me was cheese and meat on a bun. No lettuce no tomato, with no onion... I mean nothing. My wife asked them to put all her fixings on the bun DO NOT PUT THE MEAT ON THE BUN, w/ no mayo and double pattie, they gave her one pattie w/ cheese melted on it she asked them not to do that... They only gave her one leaf of lettuce she had to ask for her extra pattie an extra leaf of lettuce still didn't get the extra pattie... Our plan was to feed the two patties to our dog and all they gave us on our was 1 order of fries. So we what we ended up with was one pattie they gave us the extra lettuce but no extra pattie that we paid for, had to ask for her drink she asked for in the first place... girl behind the counter just gave us a cup because the girl wasn't listening to what we ordered, there are stupid people running that place ...They were just throwing orders together like they didn't care. Worst place to eat cause they can't get anything right. I will never ever go back... THEY SUCK. The buns tasted old the order looked like a meat grinder had run over...

We used to love this place because the staff is so nice and well trained. The food is always good and they always take good care of their customers. But I have to say that their new remodel is an epic fail! They removed all of the booths and replaced them with uncomfortable chairs. It might be ok for people dining alone, but the seating is no longer conducive for semi-private conversations. The flooring is treacherous when it is wet (and putting out a yellow caution sign does not make it any easier to walk on when it's raining and everyone is tracking in with wet shoes!) Perhaps the worst thing is the lighting. They have the cheapest blue toned florescent lights that could easily give you a headache if you stay there your whole lunch hour--the kind that everyone else got rid of 20 or more years ago because it's just not pleasant. To summarize, this place is great for drive thru food, but go somewhere else if you want to sit and enjoy a meal...

Horrible experience with this location recently. I ordered two Frostys through DoorDash. What I received vs what I ordered is INSANE. I received two half cup fulls of milk. As my Dasher handled them off to me, he literally said this is absolutely disgusting, ridiculous, and unacceptable. If I were you I’d contact DoorDash immediately as well as Wendy’s. Things happen and that’s okay, machines break down and I’m 100% fine with that, communicate that to me when the ice cream machine is down vs having one DoorDasher reject the order because I think they saw how bad it was only to have another person bring them and explain that this isn’t okay. And for reference I was roughly 3 minutes from Wendy’s, my Dasher was in constant communication with me upon his arrival at the store, as well as waiting for them to be made and when he...
