Cozy District Cafe — Restaurant in Merrifield

I recently visited Cozy District Cafe and I must say that it was a bit of a mixed experience. While the menu sounded amazing, the actual food fell a bit short. The portions were smaller than expected and could have used some extra flavor. However, I did enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the aesthetic of the place.

The café is tucked away and has the perfect ambiance to cozy up with a book or play some board games. It is a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon or catch up with friends over coffee and pastries. The décor is charming and adds to the overall charm of the place.

However, the location of the café being under a hospital is a bit unsettling and can detract from the overall experience. It is also slightly out of the way and can be a bit difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area.

The atmosphere is one of the very 1st things you will notice about this establishment. As a whole it's very warm and cozy, The staff is personable, the food is always fresh and of course the coffee is great. Fun fact the coffee beans are supplied on a regular basis from local vendors so it's nice to know that your coffee is coming from places and people who are passionate about what they do. I can go on and on about this place however I'm going to end it with this.

If you want to go to a place that you will feel comfortable and appreciated, then I recommend giving this place a shot because they truly care because they truly care about...

At first, I thought they did a nice job dressing the place up inside. I was thirsty ans starving from fasting for blood work appt upstairs. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was 6 bucks and had more bread then filling. BUT, biggest concern is I purchased a brownie and started eating it waiting for my food and found a hair in the middle of this baked item. I handled nicely but they looked at me like I put it in there. None of my hair. Is black and this happened during their development of ingredients. Will never go back. They should have just apologized and I would...
