Save Your Money Go Somewhere Else 2:23pm 9/24/22 - My husband waited inside for several minutes before the young male staff walked over to the counter (3 employees on duty) and told him that the lobby was closed (there were no visible signs) and we would have to go through the drive-thru. We ordered, drove up and handed a $100 bill (we usually don't carry cash) to the male staff, he gave us the INCORRECT change, when we informed him, he was quick to apologize and just stood there at the window, it was awkward, we told him the amount again, and he took forever trying to open the register to give the remaining amount that was owed to us... so we said just keep the change. He went around to the front to grab munchkins, and handed the bag to me and walked away to talk to his buddy sitting right at the counter on the lobby side looking at us numerous times and laughed, while another young lady staff was finishing up the last drink order. She placed it in the cup holder and walked away. Here we are still waiting...The male staff looked over and acted all surprised that we were still there, and finally walked over and handed us the drinks. I'm sure the male staff was telling his little friend how he was trying to steal tip from us. Just because a customer handed you a big bill, DOES NOT mean you have the right to keep the small bills... it's up to the customer to give you tips based on...
Read moreThis was an aggravating and disheartening experience. The drive through line was long so we went inside. There were no signs advising any dining room closure or change in customer service routine. We waited several minutes before being recognized for service, then an interrogation began. "Do you have an online order?" "No." "Is your vehicle incapable of going through the drive through?" "Um, no." "We'll, it's drive through only!" We were in a little bit of a hurry so we went through the drive-thru. My passenger ordered and we advised the cashier there would be a separate order. I ordered, we were given one total, both orders. We made them fix it. The food at Dunkin is not remarkable in any way, and neither is the coffee. The one product which could have made the experience delightful is customer service, and that is really the only product a place like this has. At this they have failed miserably. Read moreThe people here are rude. Don't even bother trying to order ahead to pick it up... it won't be ready still. Or they'll lock the doors, put up no sign as to why or what to do, then watch you struggle to open any door, but pretend they cant see you when you're waiving at them through the window. Finally you either give up or go thru the drive thru. And the drive thru takes so much longer than any line I've been in. I asked one time why they didn't have a sign on the door that it's locked and to use the drive-thru and the woman told me "it's fine, have a nice day." And then closed the window on me. I will never visit this place again. Was let down or upset every time. I wish I could give thus...
