Horrible customer service. To give one star rating is nauseating...I went to return a tee shirt my husband bought online cost $16 (shirt was horribly made as it sat crooked due to poor stitching). They wouldn't take it back cuz had no tags and said it was washed feeling. He did NOT wash it but removed tags before trying on and had thrown away. They wouldn't even offer a store credit and was adamant i was lying. Why would i lie about a $16 item??? I dont need $16...but i feel like i shouldn't have to pay for a defective piece of clothing. And the manager said she could smell fabric softener.....we dont even use fabric softener as it irritates our skin so i guess that makes her the liar. I left the shirt and a $25 gift card i had on me told them to use the gift card on next customer as I am never being a customer of BR again. Not like they care...
Read moreFrom the start Ewa was such a wonderful helper. She immediately greeted us and then asked if we were looking for something in particular. I told her jeans and she showed me all the jeans, told me about them, explained in detail about the jeans. I then tried them on and I found 1 pair I really liked. They only had the 1 pair in the store, she told me we could order more of them online and they'd ship to my house for free. I have never had such service in a clothing store before. Read moreHorrible experience at Merrimack outlet banana republic store today. The staff at front desk are so unprofessional and we had a terrible experience. Our card got declined which we applied 12 days ago and the staff is so impatient to deal with the situation. When we cancelled the transaction since we aren’t getting additional discount, the staff threw the clothes on the counter expressing their disappointment. Is this how you provide customer service?
