This is the most inconsistent Dunkinā Donuts I have ever been too. Iām not one for writing salty reviews, but honestly every time I come here.. which is everyday, there is ALWAYS some kind of problem. From taking the order, to the overly long wait with only one person or two people ahead of me to getting the wrong coffee regularly or having to repeat it to the cashier. There needs to be better training & management making sure this business runs the way it should! I am from Massachusetts and worked at one of the busiest Dunkins in that area. We worked triple the amount of people in drive through and pick up in the same amount of time it takes them to serve one - two people. I would be fired if I worked under these conditions. Iām sorry but whoever is running this place is doing a horrible job. I have never seen a boss or manager in the establishment and it definitely explains why things are always so messed up. This is the only Dunkinā Donuts around and on my way to work, itās the only reason I come here. To the owner, get it together.. you shouldnāt even have the right to run this establishment. If you cared about it in the least, you would be correcting it to be a reputable and respected business. I see people drive off all the time and leave unhappy.. you are running your business into the ground and Iām sad to see how little you care about the service of your LOYAL...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhy I continue to go to this store really makes me question my decision making skills. Like many people, due to owning a home I frequent HomeDepot. Like more times than Iād like to admit. Naturally, on my first trip of the day the convenience of a coffee bright and early in the morning is superb, but, there has not been one time when I go to this Dunkin in which my order has been correct. Simple regular iced coffee? Got a latte. Order a signature latte? Get Iced almond milk with a bit of flavoring, no latte. Bagel thin you ask? Hereās a croissant. I understand itās a training store, and I also understand they get busy being next to an extremely popular store. But as a training store, the employees should be trained and watched. Not letting the incorrect items or orders go out the door IS A LARGE PART OF THAT. Today pushed me over the edge when I To-Go ordered a fairly expensive coffee, my husband picked it up, and itās absolutely terrible. See the latte almond milk issue mentioned above. If I didnāt live a half our away I would have easily gone back and made sure it was remade. At this point I would rather go so far out of my way, then go back. If I wanted coffee that I spend a bunch of money on that tastes terrible I would go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove everything else about Dunks (I mostly get the drinks tho). So, seven times out of ten I get my order the way I ordered it, or mostly correct... or not wrong enough that I feel like it's worth mentioning it. That said, I don't really have an issue per say, other than to relate my experience trying to order the iced matcha latte at the Milford Rd. store in Merrimack. I order the large, and always ask for "half the ice" because otherwise they put so much in that I can barely poke the straw thru the lid. For $5.50 or so a whack, I don't feel that the ratio of 90% ice 10% matcha latte is fair. Now, I'm only commenting because this is a umpteenth-strikes situation, and the pics can attest to my frustration. So much ice! Why? is there another way I can say it? Half ice, only use half the ice, just fill the ice 1/3 of the way up the cup?... I've tried them all. Oh well. Maybe this is a sign that I should be making my own darn...
