I would like to start by saying Kay referred me to Jared to also browse their options for preowned when my fiancé and I walk into the store to look at rings. I explain to the gentleman I have a budget. He continues to look into cases where the engagement rings are way over my budget, it’s not OK to judge a book by its cover And look at two younger couple and think that they don’t have enough money to spend that I have to explain why I have a budget, but you never judge a book by its cover. The gentleman continues to show us a ring and says oh do you like a discount? Well this ring was 20,000. It’s now $5400. I sent him are you serious? I said I just told you I had a budget and you continue to say that and he says well. I just looked in the case and there’s nothing in here that’s in your budget.
I know Kay owns Jared, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service between the two stores. so I went back to Kay’s and purchase a $6000 ring when it was out of my budget and the reason why is because I had excellent customer service by Safa.
So if you wanna ring, don’t give these people your service or your money just go straight over to Kay’s outlet. They have a way better deal and way better personality and they’re not judging you by the way you look when you walk in...
Read moreI've been to Jared's vault multiple times in the past few months. I ordered a ring online and unfortunately it did not fit. I took it in and Kaitlyn helped me with my return. She asked if I was looking for anything else and so I decided to look around. I ended up finding another ring that I was interested in. Since I have an allergy, she went through every single anniversaryr band ring in the shop, to find platinum and 18k for me. I never felt rushed and ended up spending hours in there, in conversation. My ring was delayed when it was sent out for sizing and she was on the phone with them constantly to get an eta for me. Once we got the ring, they noted an issue with the sizing and one stone. I went to other Jared's near my work, and found them to be so unwelcoming and quite rude. I ended up going back to the vault, hoping Kaitlyn was there and she was! Not only did she update me on her days off, but every time I went in, she was devoted to helping me find a great ring. We searched and searched and finally we both had some ideas. Read moreI took my jewelry to Jared today for a cleaning. Everybody seemed busy so I just looked around at the jewelry when someone kindly said that they would be right with me. My first loop around the store I found this white gold eternity band. Luke was the first one to become available so he walked over and was unnecessarily apologetic for the wait. It was maybe 10 minutes and I enjoyed the time to look by myself. Anyways, after cleaning my items and chatting with him I asked if I could see that eternity band and it was the perfect fit. Luke was able to get me a discount and he was so knowledgeable about proper care and he suggested things to keep this and my other jewelry clean at home. I was talking about wanting gold jewelry and liking more ornate pieces and Luke found this gold ring. It was completely out of my budget and he offered to put it on hold for me but I just had to have it. Another discount was given to me and I walked out with two timeless rings.
