Joy Luck — Restaurant in Merritt Island

Our first time ordering from this place, and they shorted us a fried rice and a egg roll with our General Tso Chicken. When we called we spoke to a woman first, She was extremely rude and we started talking with Chin the owner. He said he gave us extra chicken instead of the one Egg Roll and fried rice we ordered. We said we just wanted the Egg Roll and Fried Rice and something extra for the inconvenience. At this time Chin the owner, said bring us the order back and they will replace the entire order with a smaller serving of Chicken in the General Tso and then and only then will they give us the Egg Roll and Fried Rice. He actually wanted to trade. He then wanted our address, so he could deliver what we ordered and pick up what he gave us. He probably wanted the order back so he could server it to someone else.... YUCK!!! I would strongly recommend not eating at...

This place has gone down the the hill in the last 5 years. I been ordering out from here for 17 years except on Mondays when closed. Luckily a few months ago I was craving Chinese on a Monday and they were closed. So I had to look somewhere else. However they messed up a order Tonight for me and cost customer for live.. Thankfully I went to Chi Lin two weeks ago when they were closed and it was amazing. Also the prices were way better plus I got what I ordered and more. . Tonight they cost me 50 for 2 people to eat when all I wanted was two combos. They gave me two containers of general tos chicken and two things of white rice Not one spring roll. Don't recommend them they're better restaurants who care a lot more about their customers and...

Update: don't order online, the menu is wrong and then they will argue rudely on the phone when they don't send what was ordered. Specifically, I ordered roast pork lo mein which said it came with fried rice and an eggroll. It did not. Calling, the "manager" said I should have ordered a different thing to get a "combo" even though there is only one thing listed. I've been ordering from them for nearly twenty years and never been yelled at like that by them. Not acceptable. Time to check out other chinese restaurants.
