Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Merritt Island

The delivery time from placing the order to receiving it, is tremendous, so far on each delivery the food has been hot, not mild or luke warm, but it's like the driver is baking it on the drive to my house. Today, I tried something new, I tried one of their new Pasta Dishes, it was extremely good, even thou it was a little overcooked, the meat on top formed like a crust over the Pasta, unless it was meant to be like that. You get two containers of Pasta of your choice, and five bread sticks, enough to feed two adults, or, up to six little kids, I was amazed at the portion. Will be ordering it again. This wild go very well with a fresh garden salad.

Great speedy service, The Quality of the food, even thou it doesn't look nothing like the advertised version, it is always hot, as if the driver removed it from the oven as he was pulling up to the front door, the Pizza is delicious, the seasonings and spices makes it a worthwhile treat. It's like I live next door to Pizza Hut, wish I did. Give the Edge a try, ya can't go wrong. Have it cut into squares, it adds a whole new adventure, with the crunchy...

I ordered on line from website, easy enough. DoorDash delivered my pizza, fine. Unfortunately, it was cold. Not just too long in the car cold, literally room temperature, hard and old. I did attempt to contact the store, but after many rings I gave up and my call was returned by someone in a call center, who could offer no assistance other than “let me connect you to the store”. Gee, why didn’t I think of that. 🙄 I don’t ordinarily write uncomplimentary reviews, I would prefer to address issues to management and allow them the opportunity to make things right. Sadly, I wasn’t able to do that and here we are. Gross, old, cold pizza and nothing for dinner. Shame on...

Merritt Island recently changed to a take out only restaurant. I liked the old restaurant much better. The emphasis seems to be on speed now. Twice now my orders could have used more cheese. The pizzas were fine but nothing outstanding. Still better then other options but I do not order pizza near as much as I used to because the new location is a pain with added traffic.
